Joe Stark, the owner of Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning, does all the cleaning himself, and he will be the only person we call from now on. He is professional, informative, and very friendly, and you will never have to wait for him to get back to you with a phone call.. He will give you an appointment within a 3 hour window and then on the day of the appointment, he will keep you informed by text or phone call (your choice) during those hours as to a more exact time, which was very helpful to us. We are really pleased with the excellent work Joe did for us. I've had upholstery and carpeting (I don't have carpeting now) cleaned many times over the years by companies that use conventional cleaning methods with hot water and soaps, detergents, or solvents, but Joe uses "citrus cleaning", which is "green" and certified organic, and the results are excellent. And there is no chemical smell when the job is finished, only a clean and pleasant one. The furniture dried quickly, too. We bought the Big Deal from Joe on Angie's List for $89.00 for a couch and love seat, and then added a smaller love seat which cost us $59.00, and we definitely got a good deal. Joe Stark, Owner and Operator of Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning, did a great job cleaning the items listed above. He was very professional and responsive. Any time we e-mailed or called him to ask questions or schedule service, he responded same day and sometimes within the hour. He was actually early for his scheduled appointment, and completed the service quickly and efficiently. We love that his carpet cleaner is PH balanced, biodegradable, and organic, and that the furniture and rugs were never soaked with water and soap solution. Joe even followed up several weeks after the service to make sure that we were happy with the service. His price for just cleaning the rugs and upholstered furniture was very good since we had a coupon. We thought his price for the fabric protection for the carpet and upholstery was a little high for our budget, but we did have him do the treatment to extend the life and cleaning of our rugs/furniture. Overall, we highly recommend Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning. Joe was a pleasure to deal with.

Joe was great! Right on time, explained everything, took careful measurements and I think he rounded down on some of the measurements. Very fair price! One room had a carpet that we thought would be impossible to restore; he took his time and it came up nice. The other carpets look great after his service. Final touch is that his carpet cleaner is organic!!!

Joe was great! He contacted me before the service as planned; showed up exactly on time; and double-checked after the cleaning to make sure that |I was satisfied...I was! While at my house, Joe was very organized and |careful to keep the rest of the house clean and neat while he was working. |The two sofas that were cleaned looked- and smelled- noticeably better. |I have no complaints, and I would definitely call Joe again.

Joe did an outstanding job explaining everything and being up front and honest. The carpets came out great and he was able to get all the stains out that I thought would not go away. I plan on calling him in the spring to do my steps and upstairs carpet.

Joe confirms the appointment ahead of time as a reminder and arrives on time the day of the service. He is extremely professional and wears shoe covers to keep the floors clean. He questions the customer before beginning to be sure he performs all cleaning tasks expected. He makes helpful suggestions and leaves the customer with his own wonderful organic spot cleaner. He is willing to come back and retreat if there are any stains that did not remove as expected. I can't say enough about this cleaning service. It makes me feel so much better that the products are safe and organically clean.

Extremely professional, protected all of my hardwood floors, covered his feet, carefully moved his equipment so as to not damage furniture or walls, very trustworthy, on time, great communication, instant response, carpets looked immaculate. Have used classic carpets before and they were much more Expensive and didn't do half as good of a job. It's the owner who does the services and he does a great job. I rarely write a review but had to in this case as he is just that good-

Joe and his son showed up on time and were fully aware of the Angie's List deal and were prepared to assess and tackle the job immediately. Joe is very professional, courteous and prompt. He uses environmentally friendly solutions and takes great care to protect the furniture, walls and carpet. He and his son wear protective footwear and use protectors on sofa and chair legs to prevent any residual moisture from degrading the wood legs. Thoughtful, thorough and professional, Joe and his son are a pleasure to work with and we will gladly use them again to help maintain our carpeting and upholstery.
