There were no troubles with scheduling. The deal covered two rooms and a hallway. I also had them clean some area rugs as well. Everything was great! I couldn’t be any happier with the work!

It went very well! Joe was very friendly and explained every part of what he was doing and what would and would not happen in great detail. He was really quick and efficient and was done in approximately an hour. He explained the costs thoroughly and there were no hidden fees, and he even gave us his personal guarantee on the cleaning. He also provided us with his own spot cleaner for us to use in the future and explained how it was better than store bought cleaners. The carpets cleaned very well and they smell great! We recommend Joe and his company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Joe is great! He arrived right on time, even texting me to let me know that he was on his way. He explained the process before beginning and went over more details at the end. He was quick and thorough! My couch and love seat are 15 years old, have been through 3 cats, a dog and 3 kids. Even though they will never look brand new, there is a remarkable difference in the appearance, especially with stain removal, yay! I love that Joe makes his own, non-toxic solution, which is extremely important to me. He definitely knows the business! I plan on contacting him for future carpet cleaning.

Great service and very knowledgeable!

Every business in America needs to be run the way Joe Stark runs his! I was immediately contacted to set up an appointment for carpet cleaning, as soon as I purchased the Angie's list Voucher. As I was not quite ready for the service (tenant had not yet vacated the condo), Mr. Stark recommended I call him back within a few days of the desired service, and I did. In the interim I was mailed a packet of information containing what to expect and what kind of service would be performed, as well as a time window of 10 am to 4 pm. When I made the appointment, Mr. Stark gave me a window of time in which he would arrive, but promised that the window would narrow as the scheduled job neared. Unlike most other businesses, he kept his word! Two days before the scheduled appointment, Mr. Stark personally called me and narrowed the time window to 2 and 1/2 hours. The day before, he texted me that he would arrive between 11:30 am and 12 noon. On the day of service, he stated he would be there at 11:45 am, and he was! Upon arrival, he personally surveyed the job, and explained his service again. He even removed a bedroom carpet stain left by the tenant, at no extra charge. The carpets, although 5 years old, now look brand new. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone, and I will certainly use him for my primary residence carpet cleaning when the need arises! Excellent customer service, follow through, attention to detail, and quality work at a fair price.

Joe did a great job. The only downside is that he said the carpets would be dry in a couple of hours and it was closer to 24 hours before they were dry.

Purchased a big deal from Angie's List. He and his son cleaned my sectional couch in the living room. They moved and separated the couch. They cleaned the front, back and all sides. The couch looked much cleaner. No chemical smells. I asked for a quote for carpet cleaning. I plan to use them in the future.

There were two people that came. They put booties on their shoes when they came in. They showed up on time, called before they got here, and they were very considerate, they even moved some of the furniture. They cleaned 3 rooms with no extra costs. They gave me a lot of advice and did a good job. They gave me some free spray for spot cleaning and their phone number if any of the spots came back, so they could come and redo it. They were very professional and friendly. They did excellent work and I would use them again.

I have used this company before so that's why I purchased the deal. The owner is the guy who actually does the work...he is incredibly personable and does a great job! I highly recommend him!

Excellent communication. Very punctual - Joe starts very early in the morning! Explained everything, and left a bottle of spot cleaner for later use. Probably more expensive than some other carpet cleaners, but he uses organic, safe chemicals and you can walk on the carpets immediately. Guarantees his work.

Unfortunately, I was unaware that Joe's company did not service my area when I purchased the Big Deal from Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaners. Joe and I tried very hard to work something out, but it was not to be. However, as I am in the process of moving soon, DVCC will definitely be on my speed dial. I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who needs a great owner/operator who is truly dedicated.

Joe cleaned the 10 year old wall to wall carpet in our great room. It is a light gold, with areas of heavy traffic and an area that our dog is in every day. His method was very effective at removing stains, and restoring it to an almost new appearance. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does excellent work.

He was friendly and business like. When I called him and asked to go over the costs again to make sure I wasn't making a mistake, he was very nice about the fact that I could get someone else to do it cheaper. He didn’t try to work with me or try to do anything else. Very pleasant and polite.

He did a very thorough job and even left behind spot cleaner to use as most of the products on the market were too harsh for my rugs. Joe was professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable... I've never had better service with carpet cleaning. I called to schedule, I got confirmation in the mail and a call when it got closer to appointment. Joe was fastidious & thorough. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

We needed our carpets cleaned in two bedrooms. This vendor was outstanding! He explained everything prior to beginning the job made sure we all of our questions were answered. I purchased a deal for the cleaning of my couch and love seat that I've had for 5 years. The owner promptly contacted me once I made the purchase and we scheduled a time in May. However, he promised that if he had a sooner date, he would let me know. And, that is exactly what he did. Communication was great and my two pieces look like they did when we purchased them.
