Joe Stark was extremely professional and upfront from our first conversation on. I called Mr. Stark on referral of one my neighbors who has used him several times. He was prompt in returning my initial phone call and was very willing to schedule an estimate. For both the day of the estimate and the day of the actual cleaning, Joe kept me up to date on his expected arrival time with text messages and arrived when he said he would?very prompt. Joe wore protective booties and put down a mat at the front door when entering the house. He was courteous and professional in his demeanor. We did a walk through of the rooms and areas I wanted clean and he was very attentive to detail, making note of any problem areas (i.e. pet stains, spills, spots etc?) Joe explained how he has he owner of the company for several years and completes all jobs himself. He also explained the product he uses (organic citrus compound he developed himself) and the process of the cleaning he uses. For those interested in chemistry, it is quite interesting. He was very knowledgeable and I had faith in his many years of experience. He takes great pride in being referred by previous clients. His estimate was straight forward and well delineated. On the day of the cleaning, Joe arrived within his window of time (once again with a few texts to keep me updated which was wonderful). We did another quick walk-through to make sure we were on the same page. Joe worked diligently and expeditiously. He was able to complete over 1300 sq ft + 3 staircases + 2 couches in about 2 1/2-3 hours. The carpet and couches look and smell (light orange scent) wonderful. Spots and stains were removes from all problem area. Joe guarantees his work and assured me if any stains should reappear within a few days, he will return to clean them. His equipment was all clean and he was very neat during the whole process. I like that Joe's cleaning process does not include saturating the carpets with water thus eliminating the fear of mold growth in the carpet padding. It went very well. He was amazingly professional, an amasing communicator and plenty of updates. He used text messaging so it was really easy to know when he was coming and he asked feedback too. He had great guarantee and service and was incredibly professional when he was here and he explained everything very well and cleaned the carpets very well. The job was very well done and even in terms of pricing it was very reasonable.

Joe is incredible with communication. he also gives a 1/2 hour window for appointment time and shows up on time, a rarity in the home services industry. He is respectful of our house and informative about his products. he uses organic based products which do not leave residual soaps which usually create a secondary stain from the one you are removing (ex cleaning with Resolve). I have personal experience with secondary stains from Resolve and Spot Bot. he was able to remove both secondary stains with his cleaning. He gives a free bottle of his solution with each cleaning. I don't call anyone else or search for deals, I just called Joe for this carpet cleaning.

Service & outcome was great- can't ask for or expect anything more! This is not the first time I have used Joe & his company and I will continue to use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs. Joe is super friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual and a perfectionist.

Joe did an great job. Had some tough stains and he was able to get them up. Even came back for a follow-up when one stain resurfaced. Very methodical in his explanation and his work. Arrived on time and even called when he was on his way to give me a better estimate of when he would arrive. Left a bottle of carpet cleaner for me that is like magic!!! Love this stuff!! Will definitely call Joe again when it is time for a carpet / furniture clean.

Joe was very professional and completed the job quickly. He followed up with me to point out any areas of concern and provided me with his number if there were any problems after he left. He showed up at 7:00 am, exactly when he said he would be here. We bought a 12 yaer old house and he did a great job cleaning the carpets. The look great. He used his own formula of cleaner and the citrus smell was great. He did a terrific job and I will use his company again and highly recommend this company.

John is great and extremely thorough. I've used him a few times now to freshen up rugs destroyed by five kids and three dogs (one of which decides to have accidents in the house despite being "house trained" for the most up). He is always informative on what he has done and what to expect with some set-in stains. I love the bottles of cleaner you get with a carpet cleaning and have bought extras from him as well. They not only work on carpets but stubborn laundry stains!! :D Would highly recommend Joe's company and have to my friends and family.

Excellent. Joe was professional and gracious. He scouted out the location for assessment about 2 weeks prior and remained in contact until the day of the job. Upon arrival he once again surveyed the area, explained step-by-step what his approach would be, and then personally and confidently proceeded with the job which was finished within the hour. Joe is a remarkable fellow human being. His demeanor is that of a kind and caring individual. It is clearly evident that he enjoys, believes in and takes great pride in his work and he does not hesitate to look you in the eye. My scheduled appointment was for between 10-2 and he contacted me with 3 updates between 10am and his 1pm arrival time. I enthusiastically grade the results an A+ and I would not hesitate to take advantage of Joe's extraordinary service again.

The job was very good. The carpets look great. They were very professional. Their product is all natural and it does look cleaner than any other company I've used. I don't have any complaints.
