Mr. Stark arrived on time and early which is great and explained the whole carpet cleaning process and how long it would take. My wife and I have two Collie's and three long haired Norwegian Forest cat's and Mr Stark did an awesome job cleaning the carpets they look great. In the past I had Stanley steamer clean our carpets and was very very disappointed in the results! I would highly recommend Delaware Valley carpet cleaning services to anyone who needs the job done right

Joe arrived on time, was professionally dressed, wore booties over his shoes, explained the process and what to expect after the cleaning was complete. Within two hours my furniture looked brand new again. I was was very pleased with every aspect of this service and Joe followed up with a text a few weeks later to make sure I was totally satisfied. If you've been aggravated by service providers in the past whose poor or nonexistent communication seem to have become the norm, don't hesitate to contact Joe. He's ridiculously fast at answering my texts, provides accurate windows of time for his arrival, and follows up within a day or so to ensure satisfaction with the job performed. He's the owner of the company and the sole service provider. This time one of the areas being cleaned was in the basement. The carpet had been installed the day before and I simply wanted it cleaned after being stored in a warehouse. As it turned out, an added benefit was that the new carpet chemical odor was drastically diminished as well. Joe also cleaned three wool runners in the kitchen which were in desperate need of it. They look wonderful. Joe's cleaning solvents are citrus based and very pleasant smelling. In fact, another reason we use him is because of the safety of his products for our 20 year old parrot. Birds have delicate respiratory systems that should not be exposed to harsh chemicals. Joe is the only provider whose ever cleaned the carpets in our homes and the bird has always been fine. I might also mention that we have a very large dog and three cats, and with periodic cleaning, our home has no animal smell. Joe is extremely respectful and careful of the surrounding areas In which he works. His equipment is pristine and he puts down towels upon which to place it. In addition he generally wears booties. An added bonus is that he leaves a spray bottle of his solution for spot cleaning. I haven't hired another provider to clean carpets since first meeting Joe over 20 years and ago and have referred him to family and friends. It goes with saying that he'll be here again.

Owner operated business. Punctual, prepared, and quickly got down to business. Explained what he was going to do and how the rug would be cleaned. Provided a free bottle of cleaner for spot removal in the future using his own formula. Rug dried in a couple of hours. No harsh chemicals or smells. Rug looks and smells fresh and clean.

My daughter had been living in my condo with her husband and toddler for 3 years. The carpet had not been cleaned during that time. They moved out and since the carpet was very soiled, I needed it cleaned before other family members moved in. I also needed it done on rather short notice. Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning was contacted and I spoke to Joe Stark, the owner. He was pleasant, helpful, and was able to do the job quickly. He explained that he did the work himself and about the safeness of the cleaning solutions he used. He told me he would call the day before the appointment to confirm it and he did. He told me he would call by a certain time the morning of the appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my condo and he did. He was on time and totally professional yet very personable. He was straightforward and gave me a good estimate of the cost which I felt was totally reasonable. He guaranteed his work and completed it within a couple of hours. I had asked him to call me when he was finished and he did that as well. I was thrilled that the carpets looked so good after he was finished cleaning them. I would definitely use his company again and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship.

Joe was wonderful! He is punctual, helpful, thorough and does an excellent job cleaning. This is my second time using his servcies- and I would not have anyone else.

We used Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning the previous year as a last ditch effort to save the carpets in our shore home until we could put in a different flooring. The results were phenomenal, to the point that it is not as urgent to replace the carpets. We had them return after this past summer to clean them again, and were just as pleased this year as the previous year. I was not there at the time of the service, so I can't speak to punctuality, but they have always responded quickly and courteously to any questions I have had. I highly recommend them.

Joe was very professional from beginning to end. He responded to my inquiry promptly and was able to fit me in right before Thanksgiving. On the day of service, he kept me apprised of his schedule. After arriving, he explained the procedure as well as the expected outcome of the cleaning since it was an older couch which had several stains. He was very willing to answer all of my questions and completed the cleaning quickly. Joe even gave me a spray bottle of cleaner to use on carpet and uphostery stains. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely use Joe's service again.

Joe was OUTSTANDING... He followed up on our purchase almost immediately. He scheduled an appointment rather quickly considering the season. On the day of the appointment he called to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled and then called again to let me know he'd be there in about a half hour. He arrived on time and the first thing he did was review what we needed done. He then explanted his process and asked me numerous tomes if there were any other questions. He finished the job in a little over an hour, two rooms, one very big a hallway and stairs and applied treatment for pet stains. His work was great and he followed-up the next day to insure we were happy with everything. I will use him again for all our carpet cleaning. Although he did a great job, his commitment to customer service and satisfaction makes him a rare find in this economy. We purchased the deal based on his rating and we were not disappointment.

This was the second time that we used this company.The first time had been a year ago for carpet cleaning and we were duly impressed at that time. Since then I have recommended them to others who were also very satisfied with the level of service and results. Joe arrived about 10 minuets earlier than promised,then put on protective foot coverings upon entering our home.I showed him the sofa and he asked specific questions about the age,material and anything relevant to the job.He then went straight to work and was finished within the hour.Before departing he gave me instructions concerning replacing the cushions to make sure they were sufficiently dry.Once again we were greatly satisfied with the professionalism and results.

This is the second time I have utilized the services of Joe Stark, owner and operator of Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning. My first experience of having carpets cleaned in a rental property was very positive, which is what led me to use him again 6 months later at my primary residence. No harsh chemicals and the carpets look brand new. I suppose there are several companies which could make that claim and actually have the carpets turn out looking like new, but what I like most about Joe is his attention to detail - from scheduling to final completion. First, he, himself answers the phone and immediately gets his scheduling book so there is no "we'll get back to you with appointment times". Second, he schedules a 4 hour window, so there is no waiting around all day. On the day of the job, Joe texted me to narrow the start time down to a half hour window. He said he would arrive between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm and he did. No excuses, no "got held up at another job". Joe has the courtesy and business sense to realize that everyone's time is valuable, and he makes every effort to accommodate. In both instances, Joe texted me the day of service with a half-hour time window of arrival. I also like that this is a local, family run business, and the work is performed by Joe himself, and not a team of low wage workers who really don't care about the outcome. He takes pride in his work, as evidenced by the fine job, and is friendly, courteous, and prompt. Before the scheduled arrival (both instances), I received (in the mail) a packet of the family business history, what to expect, an explanation of the "citrus carpet cleaner" process, and some tips on maintaining the carpet. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe Starkand Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning and will continue to use him for both my home and rental property.
