Joe is great. He is very respectful of your home and great to work with. I am very sensitive to chemicals (asthma) and I didn't have any problems with the solution he uses. It took a while but it broke down the odors very well. I would recommend him to anyone.

The company owner, Joe Stark, responded on the same day to my Angie's List message. We set up a time for him to visit and provide an estimate for the cleaning. Following the estimate, we later scheduled the cleaning itself. Joe was excellent in confirming both appointments and letting me know before his arrival via text message. Joe explained that he does all the work himself, and he was always pleasant and professional to talk with either by phone or in person. Since I was doing office work in another room not being cleaned at the time of the work, I was also pleased that the noise level from the cleaning equipment was not disruptive. The carpets looked great after the cleaning.

Joe does excellent work. My kitchen carpet was badly stained but not anymore! Also his products are safe for pets. He is the only person I hire now for carpets or furniture cleaning.

Joe, the owner, came to clean my carpets. He texted me when he was on his way and kept me informed of every detail before, during, and after his job. The carpets look great, and Joe said I could call him back if I wasn't 100% satisfied. I will use his company again.

I called Joe and explained what I was looking to have done. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the house. (I did not know the exact square footage to tell him) Joe explained the chemical-free and pet/child safe products he uses. The carpet that came with my house is white. I have two children, a cat and a dog. You can imagine the extent of the dirt, waste and spills the have come in contact with the floor. My expectation from the cleaning was to remove as much of the dander as possible, if the stains went away, it would be a bonus. We emptied the room of all the furniture prior to the scheduled time. Joe arrived on time and spent roughly an hour cleaning the carpet. He explained everything he would do and how long until it all dried. Most of the stains are gone and the carpet looks great. I am thrilled with the results!

I have used Del. Valley Carpet Cleaning many times and I would not use anyone else. My couch needs cleaning at least twice a year between my cat and my nephews and kids hanging out to play games and watch sports. A few beers, soda and a two year olds mishaps have found its way onto the couch. After Joe does his magic, my couch is again showroom ready!!! All his cleaning stuff is green and that makes me feel safe for my small grandchildren and my animals.

When he saw that the rug had been dirtied by dog poop, he offered a full refund and warned me that such a stain does not always come out completely. As it turned out, it appears to have been cleaned completely. The gentleman was friendly and very professional.

I have researched several companies for the job. I rely heavily on the company ratings from its' customers and decided to try Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaners. I was NOT disappointed. Joe Stark, the owner, delivered on everything he promised. He was very punctual, neat, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft. He explained thoroughly how the problematic areas would be treated (we have 2 dogs and one cat) and was honest about what could be treated properly and those areas that could not. He did the work with his son, who was also professional and trained very well. I would highly recommend Joe for any future cleanings.

Joe did an excellent job of communicating. He mailed us a reminder a few days in advance and then kept in touch by phone the day of the job so we new exactly when he would arrive. He explained everything he was doing during the job and went the extra mile to spend time on his hands and knees going over twice areas that needed extra attention. When he was done, the carpet looked great, despite being old. We're glad we found Joe and look forward to using him again in the future.
