Professional service at its best. Joe was very quick in calling back and setting up an appointment after my initial inquiry. He gave a very accurate estimate based on the described work. The day before the service, I received a letter from him explaining the work flow, and a text from him confirming the date/time. For the day of service, he arrived on time, explained the process, and was very efficient in getting the work done. I am very happy about the quality and professionalism from Joe. Great service.

I had a great overall experience with Joe (and his son who helped out)! He took my phone call(s), answered a lot of questions that I had, explained his product and what makes him different than other companies and just genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable with choosing him to do the job. The personalized service is great - all work is done by him, the owner, and he did a wonderful job on the carpets in a new home that I purchased. I was concerned about dog hair, dander, urine, etc. as I am allergic to a lot of dogs and the previous home owners had a small dog. The carpet is unique and different than ones I've seen before - they were deep/thick and had a lot of individual threads where dirt and hair could get trapped easily. Due to this, I actually did notice that not 100% of the hair was picked up during the clean, but I knew going in that it might be a possibility given most people say "you'll never get 100% of it." Anyway, I called Joe back 2 days later and thanked him for the service - I had already received compliments on the smell (due to the organic orange solution) and appearance - but also to let him know that I found some dog hair that concerned me a little bit. He said he totally understood my concern and that his #1 goal is customer satisfaction and that he would come back out at his earliest convenience to vacuum the whole house again, free of charge! I did take him up on that offer, he came out a few days later to re-vacuum and I was very thankful. I offered him a tip but he didn't take it and said that it's all about making the customer happy, and that's why he does it! Great guy, great service and I would recommend him to anyone, no doubt about it. Thanks Joe!

I contacted Joe and he called me back within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I lived outside of Joe's work area but he listened to my problem and told me that his product would work in removing the terrible odor from the sofa and he explained why cat urine is so difficult to remove and why other cleaners sometimes worsen odors. He carefully instructed me on the way to use his product to clean my sofa. For the cost of only $25, he sent me 2 bottles of the citrus cleaner and I followed the instructions he provided. I couldn't believe the difference. His product is the only one that EVER worked in breaking down the urine odor and it saved my sofa (which I ready to put on the curb). Thank you, Joe!

This is one of the best and most professional companies I have ever used. My 16 year old carpets/rug have never been cleaner. Joe notified me two days before scheduled date just as a reminder and then again the day of to give exact arrival time. Together, we walked through the house and discussed the rug/carpets to be cleaned and then he gave me a price before starting to work. He uses his own cleaning product and gave me a free bottle. Joe is extremely knowledgeable in his business. This is a Father-son team. I probably over tipped Joe and Liam but not to worry, my rugs are so clean, the price was so reasonable, I am so happy, and he honored my 20% Angies coupon. I will highly recommend this company.

Joe was so great, and provided some of the best customer service I have had! He was very honest about the fact that a wool rug would likely be damaged and didn't want me to waste my money if his service didn't work. Because of this, he came out to the house just to do a free spot test with no obligation to purchase! Most of the stain did come out, without any further damage to the rug, however it is slightly still noticeable. We decided to hire him to take care of the rest of the rug anyway because we knew it was either that or toss the rug and it was an expensive rug. The rug looks and smells great, although no longer as new-looking (which is not a reflection of Joe's work, as he did everything he could and took excellent care of the rug! Apparently wool damages very easily). Joe also left a bottle of his special cleaner for us to use on future spills, and encouraged us to text him in an emergency instead of treating ourselves, even if it's a holiday! If there is any chance to save your rug, Joe is definitely it! His product and customer service is wonderful.

Simply great. Carpets look like new!

Joe Stark, the owner, does all the cleaning and contacted me personally. He is extremely professional and contacted me within a half of an hour. We scheduled an approximate time and then he contacted me the morning of the cleaning with a more exact time. He then texted me when he was on his way. He explained exactly what he was going to do and which areas were because of wear and which were stains. The sofa is now very clean and other than some areas of wear on the fabric it looks almost brand new. We are very happy with this company and will hire again. He was also very reasonable. A +++

What I really like the most was that Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaners kept me posted as to the time they would arrive at my house. None of this "I will be there between 12noon and 5pm" Like so many other companies do. I have a life too. No, because Delaware Valley Carpet kept me updated down to with 15 minutes of their arrival, I was able to leave my house and run some errands and do some work. Delaware Valley Carpet realizes that I have a life too. I wish other companies would.

Joe will always give you a time frame, of when to expect him, and on the day of service, he will text you with an exact time of arrival.
