Joe came on time the day after New Year's - glad he was able to fit us in. He texted before arrival. He was prepared and got right to work. He quickly and expertly left the carpet in like-new condition. It was not too dirty but nevertheless freshened up its whole appearance. He is immersed in his profession, respects the client, and I would not hesitate to call him again should I have more carpets to be cleaned.

Delaware Valley Caroet Cleanibg did a terrific job cleaning my carpets and removing pet stains. Joe Stark the owner, is very professional and assessed correctly what needed to be done. He also gave me a spot remover for pet accidents that is the best product I’ve used to remove accident or spots. I highly recommend this company.

Joe is a consummate professional and provided excellent service before, during, and after the cleaning. He thoroughly explained the process and the solution he uses (all natural) and let me know in advance that some stains might not completely come out but he would do his best. I’m happy to say all the stains came out - no easy feat! - and have not come back. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough and will exclusively be using his company for all of my carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning needs going forward- A+!

This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They came on time, got all the pet stains and pet smell out of my carpet and left a free bottle of carpet cleaner to spot clean. My 10 year old carpets looked like new. I have recommended them to all my friends. The price was reasonable.

Joe was very professional. Excellent communication. He was forthright upfront about the low likelihood of completely eliminating my coffee stain. He did give it his best, with some improvement, and didnt charge. As others have noted, he also provided a complimentary bottle of his own cleaning solution for future use.
