Joe is the best at his craft, and that is exactly how he treats his business — as a craft. That should tell you everything you need to know, but allow me to elaborate. I’m kinda one of those ladies that’s interested in the process, and Joe has no problem explaining things even as he went (I tried not to bug him too much but there were things to learn.) He was also great with my little kids and talked to them like they were people and not little nuisances in his way. We had to move to the west coast recently, but Joe still lets me order his awesome Carpet and Fabric Spot Remover and ships it to Washington state—it’s the BEST! The other great thing about Joe is his punctuality — always on time and right on target timewise—moms need/love this.

It went great. Joe explained everything that would be done when I first spoke to him and explained it again when he showed up to do the job. He was fast, efficient and professional. And his work was also environmentally friendly.

I was so happy I chose Delaware Valley for my last carpet and sofa cleaning! The organic, all natural cleaning agents Joe uses is why I chose this company, plus Joe is extremely professional, punctual and considerate. Everything turned out so clean, my neighbor even asked me if I got a new sofa! ( I guess it was pretty dirty 😉)! I also love the bottle of spot cleaner he gave me upon completion. It cleans up my dog’s messes or small spills wonderfully and no harsh chemicals which is important to me.

Joe is the most professional expert I have met concerning carpet cleaning. His proprietary solution is organic and smells pleasing. His work quality and work ethics are extraordinary. I was amazed at how efficiently his product broke down and removed the urine from my puppy’s accidents. I HIGHLY recommend Joe’s services! I can’t live without his proprietary orange phenomenal pet stain and odor removal solution. It removes the smell and the stain more efficiently then any other product I have tried. It does not harm the carpet fibers or discolor them or leave a gross residue. I just ordered four more bottles! Highly recommend!

We have a home out of state and had an emergency when our dog became very ill and soiled and number of brand new handmade wool carpets. I texted Joe, as we were very low on his carpet spot cleaner, and he immediately shipped 2 bottles our way. We really thought the carpets were a lost cause, but they look like the day we purchased them and there's absolutely no odor. This man is amazing! I will never use another company. Very professional, punctual and reasonably priced! Long story short my cat got very sick and started peeing everywhere. I was devastated/ embarrassed by the smell. Delaware valley Carpet cleaning came out ,found every spot and treated it. His cleaner literally broke down the urine smell unlike most cleaners that just mask it. I can’t say enough how much I love this company. Try them out I promise you won’t be disappointed!

This was one of the best carpet cleaning services I’ve ever had! Easy to deal with and most importantly, the best results! With 4 dpgs my expectations weren’t very good, but brought some life back to an old carpet which was just what I hoped for!!!

We've used Joe to clean our rugs probably since he began in the business. He answers requests for appointments quickly and attempts to accommodate our schedule. He's always on time and his work is impeccable. This time, he cleaned 2 room sized Persian carpets. We had company that night who had been to our home many times. They didn't know the carpets had just been cleaned and both commented on how beautiful those 2 rugs looked.

This company did an outstanding job with my carpets and couch. Scheduling was super easy and availability was great. Stains fully removed using all organic products. Which was very much appreciated with my child and dog. Joe even left carpet cleaning solution to use, which I use often. The service was great, but the customer service was even more amazing. This was the first time I used Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning, and I am totally satisfied. Joe was excellent in all areas. Communication, price, timeliness, and quality of work were all perfect. Our carpet looks great, and I really like the orange smell that comes from the cleaning material that he uses. Joe arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He was also very friendly and conscientious about his work. I have nothing but good to say about him and his company, and I would not hesitate to hire, or recommend, him again.

As usual, Joe did a great job. He has been cleaning my carpets for 20 years now and I would never have anyone else! He has become like part of the family, cleaning My carpets, my brother's, my daughter's, etc. He is such a personable guy and he makes the experience a pleasant one. He covers every problem area - especially pet stains - and makes sure I am completely satisfied by the time he leaves reminding me that I should call him if needed, to come back and retreat stains. The dry cleaning process Joe uses is remarkable because not only do my carpets dry in half the time, but they smell so fresh and clean when he is finished. I had used other carpet cleaning services years ago but once I found Joe, I never went back to the saturated carpets and pads left by steam cleaning.
