Westfield Animal Hospital

Very well, team at Westfield animal hospital is very courteous, punctual, polite and I love animals. Sometimes the place gets very busy and you have to wait a while due to emergencies for animals. However that is very understandable because your life threatening situations for animals that we love.

They're really expensive. The guy screwed up the surgery on my cat. They're pretty responsive. They're punctual. They could have not messed up the surgery. I've been using them for four years. The staff was really friendly.

Westfield Animal Hospital is a welcome addition to Westfield.  The staff is responsive and friendly.  Typically we see Dr. Neumann who has a really great "bedside manner" with both pets and humans.

We brought both of our cats in for their annual check ups which include yearly vaccinations.  We also knew our older cat was having some kind of dental related health issue.  He was diagnosed with very severe tartar buildup and the possibility that he would lose some teeth.  We left him overnight and the procedure to clean his teeth and do whatever extractions were necessary were done the next morning.  
This was our first time using this vet, who came highly recommended.  We were very impressed with both the office staff and the vet himself.  From the moment we walked in we knew that this group of people were not only professional but friendly and compassionate as well.  You could tell they are a tight knit group who enjoy working together, and their interest and care for our cats was fantastic.  
This was the first time in years we felt totally comfortable with the health decisions being made for our pets.  It was also the first time we ever were confronted with having to leave one of them in someone elses care.  We had every confidence that he would be treated well during his stay and surgery.  
We picked him up the next afternoon, and he was great.  Recuperation went well, and he's eating great now.  
As a side note, they also clipped both cats claws and did not charge us.  Our old vet, used to make us pay $15 a piece for this care.  Also the prior vet always presented us with an incredibly confusing "bill", and made frequent invoicing mistakes.  We were constantly having to go over it with a fine tooth comb to discern where errors were made.  Here, it was all explained,  and nothing was suggested over and beyond what was necessary.  
We're very pleased with this provider and would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place! The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I brought in 4 robo hamsters and they took extra good care with them. They were gentle and did a fast trim on all their nails. I was very nervous about the visit since they are baby hamsters, but the staff and vet answered all my questions and let me watch while they worked. They impressed me a lot and I will def return. I can't even hold my hamsters since they are too timid and fast, but the assistant and vet were both experienced with exotics. It was only $15 per hamster and no charge for the visit.

The hours here are great. They have six or eight vets. They will call me back at eight at night to give me results. I think they could lower their prices a tad, but otherwise I think they are great. I mean, I know I can count on them. They are as nice as nice can be and I love them.

We were charged for a shot that we did not authorized. In the end, they satisfied us by reimbursing us the money. They do very good work. The veterinarians were excellent. We were happy with the treatment our dog received just not their business management; office staff.

THEY SEND A POSTCARD TO ME ABOUT ONCE A YEAR IN THE MAIL. THIS COMPANY SEEMED LIKE A HALF-WAY DECENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I DID NOT LIKE THEIR PRICE, BUT IF IT WERE UP TO ME, I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN WASTED MY MONEY ON A DARN ANIMAL.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS A POSITIVE ONE. IT WAS EASY TO GET IN, ANDREW DIDN'T SPEND MUCH TIME IN THE WAITING ROOM. I BELIEVE THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE USED THIS VET AND I THINK THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND CARING TO MY DOGS AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL TO ME. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID AND GAVE ME SOME ADVISE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VET.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS VET FOR 14 YEARS AND WOULD LOVE TO KEEP GOING BACK. THEY ARE VERY KIND AND CARING. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING UNTIL I UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE GOT IN WHEN OUR APPOINTMENT WAS AND THE VETERINARIAN GAVE ALL OUR PETS THE SHOTS THEY NEEDED VERY QUICKLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY ARE AN OKAY VET. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THEY ARE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. IF I NEED TO GET IN RIGHT AWAY THEN I CAN. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND CERTAIN DOCTORS TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD VET. THEY ARE CLEAN. I CAN GET IN RIGHT AWAY IF I NEED TO. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS VERY WELL RUN. ALSO, I THINK THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. THIS COMPANIES' STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THERE IS NOTHING BAD ABOUT THEM.

THEY WERE CONFIDENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS NOTHING TERRIBLY COMPLICATED AS FAR AS THEIR PERFORMANCE, BUT AND THEY HANDLED THE DOG WITH CARE. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS RATHER EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY TREATED MY DOG GOOD. I ALSO THINK THAT THEIR FACILITIES ARE VERY CLEAN.

THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY PETS. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS VET FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR. IT IS USUALLY EASY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE USUALLY VERY BUSY.

THIS WESTFIELD ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS ONE OF THE BEST VETS I EVER TOOK MY ANIMALS TOO. ALL THE VETS ARE CARING AND SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITH EACH OF MY ANIMALS LIKE THEY WERE THERE OWN.
