Description of Work: I purchased the $139 seal coating, I waited to be contacted for a week but nothing. I call them many times (different days, different times of the day) but nobody answers the phone, and their voicemail system always says that is full. Last week finally I was able to talk with somebody from that company, this person told me that somebody will contact me soon, but that never happened. 29 days after I placed this order, I contacted Angie’s customer service and cancel the order. I lost my time and they have used my money for 1 month. I don’t recommend this company.

Description of Work: We purchased the $139 seal coating deal through your website. We were sent a generic email (gmail) that said to call a phone number. I called the number multiple times (and left vmail), replied to the email as well and never received a response. Now it's been a little over 30 days (over the limit for a refund) so basically we were screwed for $139. |Shame on you for allowing this to happen. It's also comical that two days after the 30 limit, we received the same offer again...

Description of Work: I paid for the offer of $139 for seal citing drive way in March 2016, now it is July and nothing happened. Always had excuse to delay and now does not answer my requests. Don't use this

Description of Work: Haven't heard from them since I paid the initial $389 for the special, then an additional $1,750 to have a new driveway put in.

Description of Work: While the driveway looks nice, it took forever to get the actual project completed. Rob listened to my honest feedback about how unprofessional their customer service was, but he also neglected to tell me that he nicked up the siding on the side of my house. I never bothered to call about it, as I assumed it would take forever to get a response if I received any at all.

Description of Work: Sealed the driveway. Nice guy but difficult and lengthy scheduling process led to weeks before it was done. The price charged was reasonable but not cheap.

Description of Work: after 4 attempts to reach this provider, i never received a call back to schedule the service…. The first time i actually spoke to a live person i was told that she was too ill to speak and i should call back. I did, and when i finally got through again she took my number and said someone would get right back to me. Two weeks later after not getting a call back, i attempted to call again for the 4th time and got no answer and no answering machine.

Description of Work: It took a really longtime and 4 to 5 calls before I could get the estimator on the phone. Apart from the setting up the appointment, I am happy with the rest of the service/way in which the estimator's dealings.

Description of Work: They're very honest and fair. I bought a big deal with them, but they told me I would need to contact Angie's List to get a refund because my driveway was too worn to be resurfaced.
