They were very good and friendly. I did check their work and saw a couple of spots of mold that they had missed and they were quick to get that cleaned up.

I am really glad I didn't hire Next Generation of South Jersey Inc. He was not thorough. I did not think he was the right person for this job. He came in, he looked around, he didn't do what the successful company did. He did not go up in my attic, they never even opened the cross-bay store. This company is on Angie's List, I called him and he came out. I did not hire him for the job. He came in to give me a free consultation but all he did was walk around and use a water meter, those meters they put on the wall. He had me scared to death because I thought I was going to have to have my whole addition wall removed and replaced. I thought my son's room, from what he was telling me that day, that night, that that was in really bad shape. My dining room ceiling was in very bad shape. Like I said, he never did a really thorough appraisal. He sent an estimate to the insurance company and I wasn't happy with the estimate, with the way he put it together. The other company went upstairs and took pictures and I was happy with that. He just went in and did an estimate and that was it. We came to find out there was a lot more mold to be dealt with. I don't think he was thorough enough so he didn't find it. He wanted my business, he continued to call me on a regular basis. He did show up when he said he would come out. He went through very quickly. He didn't stop to explain anything, or tell me he was going to look for any other mold.
