+ 0 moreMr. Baker answered the phone the first time I called. I did not have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. He was very flexible with scheduling the estimate for a time that was convenient for me. He came out at 8 am on a Saturday morning looked at the issue and immediately provided me with the estimate. The work was then completed the following Wednesday, which was within four days of giving the estimate. Did not have to wait a week or two to get the job done. With the help of an assistant, he took out the door and releveled the opening so that the door would close and lock properly. This require the removal of some siding from the house as well as a little bit of the interior molding. After the door was reinstalled, he spent a lot of time adjusting it to make sure the door closed securely. It is now working better than before I had the issue. The entire job took about 3 hours.
Description of Work: The sliding glass door out to my patio would not close and lock because the house settled and the doorway was no longer level and square. Mr. Baker and his assistant removed the door, releveled the opening, reinstalled the door and accompanying screen door. The job required the removal of some siding from the house as well as molding.

+ -1 moreMr. Baker visited my house and provided a free estimate to replace the top exterior window pane of a double hung 6 light vinyl window. He explained in detail the scope of the work to be performed and the time it would take to complete it.The price quote was $235. I said I wanted to think about it and he said that was ok and I could call him later that evening if I wanted him to do the work the next day. I called that evening and he returned the following day to pick up the window. He returned it the same day in about 5 hours (as promised) and reinstalled the window. I was extremely pleased with the work and prompt service. Considering the door to door service, free onsite estimate, convenience, and quality of the work, I think the price was very good. It was also a real pleasure working with Ralph and I would definitely recommend his services to others. Thanks Ralph!

+ -1 moreVery well, great communication, professional, a man of little words, no discounts, no discussion. He did the job fair and square. price was a little high, but the job was done right once.
Description of Work: He replaced a large casement window in my sunroom. He was on time, professional and kept in great communication via phone or email. He replaced a window where the seal had broken and had permanent condensation on the inside. He ordered the replacement window (original was Anderson) from a place in South Jersey. He came the day he promised and replaced the window. The price was slightly more than I expected, I did not shop around..however everything went well and smooth. I would recommed him. He now lives or works out of Voorhees NJ.
