Project: Install stair runners and replace existing carpeting in two rooms. The installation crew was great. Very professional. Did the work much faster than I anticipated. When selecting the carpet. they bought the samples to our house and made the whole process very easy. Mark and his team are the best.

Mark was a great guy to work with. His team got the job done very quickly and Iâ m impressed with the quality of work.

Due to the virus we had to postpone for weeks...finally when I could have the installation done...the work was terrific so was their patience for waiting and did not charge me till after the work was completed

They have yet to install the carpet because of bad weather. Hopefully within the next two weeks.

The sales office worked with me helping me make a decision on the best product for my project, The installation team were prompt, clean, neat and courteous.

The Contractor is a nice person and does good work, but after a project is completed they don't do the best job cleaning up after themselves. They didn't come with tarps on my property to place their tile cutting saw machine on for cutting tiles so now my new blacktop has all kinds of cement residue stuck in the crevices and I tried almost everything to get it out. This was due to them not initially covering the ground before they started using their saw. I would only assume that if they've been in business for some years that it would make perfect sense to come with a tarp or anything that would provide their customers with white glove antics. So with that said among other things, I cannot give them a more satisfactory rating. This is also my fault for not giving myself more time to sort out different contractors.

B&M customer service was excellent, returned your calls and works with the customer to schedule and get the job done. I recommend this company.

The salesman Mr. McKenzie was on time for his appointment. He provided all of the information which I needed. He measured the hall stairs for carpet installation. He provide the final quote and have wonderful carpet samples to show me. I told him that I needed 24 to mull over the price. Early, next morning I called him and I provided my credit card to pay for the installation. They came around a week later (I had a very busy work schedule) and the installer along with his assisted knocked the work out with 9 hours. They took all of the old rug and garbage and left the entire area squeaky clean. I would hire them again to install new hard wood floors.

The communication between the sales people and the crew they send in to do the job Is poor. This caused the job to last longer as each time a crew came in they did not know what they were suppose to do. (Three different crews were sent for stairs and a second floor landing) a two day job took three days. There was lack of communication with me which caused a lot of stress over the Thanksgiving weekend. The end product, the stairs and landing look great however the stress and aggravation was not worth it They also did not put up plastic and the house is full of dust.

They show up on time. Always answer your calls. Very need. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Helped put all furniture back where I wanted it. Extremely nice. I'm going to use them every time I need carpet work

I had a great experience with these guys. We agreed on a fair price which they honored even after discovering the job was bigger/more complicated than initially estimated. I respect that. Second, the work itself was quality. It was a kitchen floor tiled with natural stone in a herringbone pattern. The install crew was professional and friendly too. I definitely recommend them.

Very poor customer service. Over promised during sales and under delivered. Had to chase for start date due to rain and snow conditions. The project was tiling outside balconies. They did half the job and left and with snow water leaked in. Had to keep chasing for them to come and put a tarp at least to avoid further water damage and finish the rest of the project. Finally when the work was completed it did come out nice. They use sub contractors so the quality depends on the sub contractor you get. The price quoted was almost double of some of the other quotes and very disappointed the overall experience did not match what was promised.

Although it was a long process with snags throughout thie president/owner personally visited our home and kept in constant contact with me to rectify each situation to our satisfaction. He was pleasant to deal with and very responsive. In the end we do have lovely tiles and the installation team did a very lovely job. Thanks to the president everything turned out in the end.
