Crew arrived on time. Set equipment up and worked As a team opening vents cleaning them out to the furnace and then vacuumed the entire area. Job went well.

They arrived on time but their appearance was a bit trendy. Well spoken though and knew their job. He did not clean inside the dryer and when I asked about he said it was clear. I asked him to take a go at it anyway and he cheerfully responded and cleared the little bit of lint there was.

Put brush in pipe to loosen any buildup. Turned on dryer to blow out buildup. Checked dryer operating temperature. Reported all was good. Very little dirt buildup. Entire job took about 15 minutes.

Everything went fine with NJ air quality.

They were in and out and did a great job.

Dave came and cleaned my dryer vent. He was great. He did a great job and even patched a vent that had come loose. I will definitely be using them again.

Two guys came and did the job while we traveled to the mall. They use some kind of a huge vacuum cleaner that sucks dust in from the main return. It's hard to tell if they did it right, as the cleaners we engaged in the past used small vacs thru every hole in the ductwork and took much longer than the 2-2.5 hours these guys took. But I guess everyone has their own techniques. The air did feel cleaner, and the air filter wasn't as dirty as before on my last change, so it apparently worked. A little remark - there was a good deal of fine dust left in the air which then settled on each surface - but only in certain areas of the house. Perhaps some vents were shaken a bit more than others, or they were closer to the dirty ducts, so the crew should be a bit more attentive to details. Overall, it was a good deal for $199 promotion they sold me; a nice and decent team too.

Guys were very courteous and very informative. Did a great job. Highly recommend them. They did a decent job in cleaning up. However, I am pretty particularly with my cleanliness, my husband said they did a fine job in cleaning up. The foreman was super polite.

Called this company because of the outstanding reviews on Angie's List and they lived up to all my expectations. Because of their popularity, I did have to wait a few weeks for an appointment but my experience is that excellent local businesses that offer good deals and good services are well worth the wait. Their price was a third of what another company I was referred to offered using Angie's List coupon and they cleaned out all my airconditioning vents thoroughly. Dave the owner was very down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable, as was his fellow worker--both really nice guys. He tried to help me identify the source of the plasticky odor in one of my rooms since he didn't think it was from the vents. They completed the work within two hours and made sure they didn't leave any visible dust in their wake. I will definitely hire them again.

WORKERS WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 1-3 PM. ARRIVED APPROXIMATELY 1:15 PM. COMPLETED WORK IN 20 MINUTES. BEFORE LEAVING,TURNED ON DRYER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY, INCLUDING CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE OF THE DRYER DRUM. WORKER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD USE NJ QUALITY AIR OF HALEDON, NJ AGAIN.

It went very well. The vent had a lot of debris in it so i was glad I had them in to clean it. the tech was very courteous and professional.

Called one hour before they arrived. Showed up on time. Left no mess behind. Very satisfied.

Great communication. Dave showed me pictures from previous jobs to make sure it was what I wanted. Gave me a verbal price estimate based on what we had discussed. The morning of our appointment he gave me a 2 hour time frame of when he would be onsite, he was on time. Everything went great, everything was fully tested and to my satisfaction. If you need work done in northern NJ defiantly use them!

Company said I am not in service area although I reside in Westchester county. They claimed I am too far away and they only are scheduling LOCAL calls despite deal terms. They said would make special appointment but not till end of august. If this was not okay I should get a refund. False advertising in my view and now tine consuming and inconvenient to undue and get money back. In effect you r holding my month hostage fir a month or more due to your false deal terms!

Making the appointment was very easy. Dave was very accomodating. On the day of service, Dave did not come personally, but sent 3 workers. They arrived early! My vent access is under the deck and they went straight to work without complaint. When they completed the outside, one of the workers came in to test the temperature of the dryer to make sure everything was clear. He took off his shoes without being asked so as not to bring in dirt from the outside. I requested that he go beyond checking the temp and pull out the dryer to check that all the lint was gone from the inside the house access, which he did. The dryer is working well, and a musty smell that existed prior to the cleaning is gone! This was my first experience purchasing from an Angie's List Deal, and I was afraid that the price would change once the workers arrived; I am happy to say that my fears were unfounded. They were early, honest and did the job quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I've tried twice to call them after they initially emailed me and there was no answer. Their mailbox was also full so I was not able to leave them a voicemail asked for a return call.

They arrived on time. The two young men were very professional and pleasant. I was told that the air vents I have are not as good as new ones and they should be replaced. I will make another appointment for them to come back and replace them.

First experience with an Angie's list Big Deal. Could have been happier NJ air quality worked with our schedule (pretty chaotic with a three year old), called a half hour before the appointment to let us know they would be arriving at the scheduled time. The work was tone professionally, they had the correct tools and cleaned up. Great experience will use again.
