My dryer is on the second floor. He had a super high ladder and did a great job at cleaning the vent.

Aaron called ahead, arrived within the scheduled time frame and answered all questions regarding the process before starting the cleaning. Did an outstanding job. Made sure I was satisfied before he left. I will definitely use him again.

He was really good and punctual. He went out of his way for me like he was not doing it for the money. The rugs were really dirty and he managed to clean them better than the first person who had tried to clean them.

Since I had the same areas done last year, with a pretreatment at an extra cost and it came out beautiful, I felt I didn't need to spend the extra money for pretreatment again. In fact, there was no mention that I should do that. After everything was dry, it looked the same as before. I called to let them know that all the spots I thought would be cleaned were still there. I was told that I should have had the carpet pretreated and that he would come back and just charge me for pretreatment. That was Jan. 21st. It has been two months and I still haven't heard from him.

It is the second time I hire Aaron. First for my carpets, then for the drier vent. He's extremely professional and did an excellent job on the dryer vent. My dryer is great now. He even replaced the venting close elbow that was damaged. He's absolutely great. It's very hard to hire contractors that have close attention to details. I highly recommend him for both carpet cleaning and drier vent cleaning.

He did an okay job, however, I still had to do it again myself. I did not pay a lot for this service and I feel like I did not get a lot.

My experience with them was great. They did a really good job. There were additional charges because we use them for a lot more. They were on time. They did exactly what I asked them to do, and their pricing was reasonable. I could not ask for anything more. They were very willing to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I had one concern about a Persian rug that came back, and he was really willing to do it at no cost. Actually he did not have to. It was just the way that the mat was lying down. He turned the rug and it looked perfect.

Mr. Wilson arrived promptly after calling to tell me he was on the way. He explained the process, moved furniture as needed, set his machinery up swiftly, got to work and did an exceptional job. He has customers inspect the work before signing off on it. My carpets were installed in 1989, and he made them look fresh and clean. He is very pleasant, attentive and flexible about scheduling. I am impressed and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

They were prompt, they made calls to confirm the appointment with me. Did a thorough cleaning. Found a problem and corrected the problem. The Paper work was also sufficient.

They came to us and it took less than hour. There was a strange order in the car and he was able to get rid of it! I was so happy. We were satisfied with the quality. They came out months later after purchasing the Big Deal, when we were ready to do the service. I could use their services again actually!

Provider called in advance to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Rugs were cleaned and light furniture was moved as necessary. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the job site was left neat and clean. It was recommended not to move all furnitrue back until carpeting dried overnight. All in all a good experience!

The gentleman that came was very nice. I had emailed him a couple of times and he got in touch with me promptly. He came and did the carpet and got a quote to do the air duct cleaning. He cleaned about 12 rooms of carpet and two stairs and it went really well. There were some extra costs with the extra rooms and carpet but he had quoted it before he came. He was very quick with it. My husband is extremely particular but he was really satisfied with him as well.We would definitely use him again.

Wonderful ! Very professional and attentive. It was the start of the snow storm, Aaron came earlier so that the job would get done before our movers were scheduled in a few days.. He was absolutely sensational. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Very pleased and happy with the results.
