Description of Work: From the person who came to give the estimate(very thorough, told me everything that would be done) to the men doing the deck, the work was outstanding. They arrived when they said they would, worked very hard in the heat, cleaned up at the end of the day and did a great job. The deck is beautiful.

Description of Work: Carl's completely replaced the wood fence around my small yard, including the posts. I chose cedar at a higher cost to have the weathered silver/gray color after a few years and a longer lasting fence without having to apply any stains or protective layers. The installers did a great job with everything, including using a line to make sure the new fence is straight and exactly follows the position of the old fence. The installers were also very patient answering my questions when I came out to see how they were progressing. My only criticism is that there was some small debris left behind in the yard, but it only took a few minutes for me to pick it up. Unfortunately, a few weeks after installation, the gate in the fence would not close properly. After I called about a repair, they promptly sent out someone to fix it for free. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new fence and would recommend Carl's.

Description of Work: Replaced a section of fence that was disrupted during tree removal. Removed metal post no longer needed. Repaired and replaced section of rotting wood elsewhere on fence. Very good results, job done quickly with clean up included, friendly and professional workers.

Description of Work: Installed two gates. One short length of chain link fence with a gate and in a separate location they replaced a worn out 8ft. x 5ft wooden gate. Fine job.

Description of Work: They put up a fence in my backyard and part-way down my driveway. They were very patient with me, as the process of getting a fence permit from the City of Camden was a nightmare! I will use them again in the future to replace my sliding glass door. My experience with them was excellent, from the first contact to the last.

Description of Work: I've now called and emailed for an estimate several times and haven't received a response. If they're too busy and sent taking any new jobs they should say so. Ignoring is not a solution. It's simply frustrating.

Description of Work: Installed a fence around our property. Good sales rep, good installers. We had an issue with some loose panels after Superstorm Sandy and they were responsive in fixing same.

Description of Work: I used them to move a fence in 2013. They screwed up the order and had to come back 2 more times in order to complete my fencing. They did not keep me updated during the process. | |I stupidly called them again for another issue. I wanted to have them fix a leek on my room and redo my bathroom ceiling because of it. They again screwed up on timing and had me waiting at my house for them to come and they never did. Very poor at communicating with the customer!

Description of Work: They removed the old wooden fence and replaced it with a six foot high vinyl fence and installed two gates. They showed up when scheduled and completed the job in one day. The crew was very professional and thorough and did a complete clean up when the job was finished.

Description of Work: Carl's fenced our yard with cedar board on board. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. The estimator showed up on time and quickly provided a quote that was competitive with the other vendors we RFP'd. | |The installers showed a little later in the day than I expected. As a result, they did not have enough daylight to finish the job in one trip. They came back the next day to complete the work. | |There was one section of fence that was damaged, but after contacting the installer, they quickly returned and replaced the damaged section of fence at no cost. | |They are a little slow on the followup, especially via email. You basically have to call to get a response. | |Otherwise, I would recommend them to anyone looking for fence work in the area.
