We were more than pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the servicemen.

The tech was very friendly and efficient...a great representative for the company!

Please see below for my experience. - I originally had an appointment for service from 9-10. The day before the service was scheduled, the company called to reschedule the appointment to11-1. - I called the company at 2:30 to see why no one had shown up and was told the service call was actually rescheduled for 1-3, but someone would definitely be there by 3. - I called at 4 and was told the technician was finishing up his appointment, which had taken longer than expected but he would be on his way in 10-20 minutes. - I received a call from the company at 4:30 and was the same information I received 30 minutes earlier. When I said I had just been told the same thing and obviously it was not true, I was assured this time the technician was definitely on his way. - I received a call from the technician at 5:15 saying he was almost finished and would be on his way to me in about 10-20 minutes. At this point I told him I was cancelling the appointment and was not interested in rescheduling. - At 5:30 I received a call from the company to reschedule my appointment. I explained I was no longer interested in working with the company seeing as how I had waited all day and had taken time off of work for the appointment. I was offered $10 off for the cleaning. I repeated that I was no longer interested in doing business with this company.

I purchased an advance duct cleaning service from ProClean. Not sure of exact date but when service rep came out to do the cleaning he told me that I would have to increase the payment of the service to about $179 (can not remember the exact price but it had escalated from the original $79 that I had already paid). The representative stated I had two many ducts and return vents to clean and that the return vents where not part of the package but could be done for a higher fee. I stated to the service man that unfortunately, I did not have any extra money at the time and he said call the company when I got the rest. The service man took the cover off of the basement furnace shaft and did not re install it. Well my house is only approx 800 sq feet. and everyone knows that for every vent you have you have a return to circulate the heat/air. I called the company later to remind them of the service still owned and that the advertisement did not express a certain amount of vents and ducts to be cleaned. There response was to call them back when I was ready to pay the additional amount for full service and let them know a date and time to return at the new price. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT....BATE AND SWITCH tactics. Was not pleased and I believe that the person that came out did not note his records that the service was not performed. I have not gotten the service done and they have my $79.00

The job took 1 hour for our 2 floors served by the furnace.

Kept their promises, called the night before to confirm, arrived on time, didn't take too long, worked quietly and efficiently. Technician was polite and explained what he'd be doing thoroughly. Showed me the result of his service.

He did a very quick job....in and out in minutes. He appeared to do much less than the professional I used before. I wonder if he did the whole job. He broke a knob off my dryer in the process and didn't say anything. I found the broken knob after he left. It is not a new dryer and the knob was for a buzzer...not a big deal, but I thought he should have at least told me he broke it off.

the work was never performed but you don't seem to be interested in knowing that point.you have too many requirements for the buyer

It was a very good experience. I had purchased the coupon from Angie's list a month back. I called them yesterday and was able to get the appointment schedule for yesterday itself. Quite pleased with the service.

They were really good. They came and did what they claimed to do. They were clean and very professional. I was satisfied.

I bought a Big Deal from them for chimney cleaning.

It didn't go at all. Apparently I am required to put something in this space.

I contacted the service and they made an appt right away. The technician came with all the equipment on time. He cleaned the vents to the outside and behind the dryer. He made some recommendations about changing to a different kind of vent. I was suprised that he didn't open the front of the dryer and vacuum that.

The service was okay, but I though it would be a little bit better.

Very professional, cleaned all ducts and furnance, clean up was remarkable. They were considerate in wearing footies over their shoes and gave a a greater special than was advertised on Angie's List. Would highly recommend. Thanks Angie!

Overall it was a good experience. The young man was professional, on time and he did a great job. He did have some difficulty reattaching the hose to the dryer when he was done and it did come loose after he left so my husband fixed it when he came home. The reason I gave them a D in price was because when the technician first got here he was confirming his service order stating I was having a dryer vent cleaning and he started to say it would be $49.00 when I said I have a coupon from Angie's List for this. After taking my coupon he crossed out the 49.00 on the service order paperwork. Needless to say I was surprised that it would have been less expensive without the coupon which I paid $85.00 for. I did not protest the difference in price as our dryer is in the basement and the dryer vent hose is quite long, I felt because of that it was a fair price as it required more time and work.

ProClean came on a Saturday, which is very convenient. The work was done well and they were pleased with the results.

The guy arrived on time and said the work would be done in about an hour. He was very professional and personable. Great service and great work! I would absolutely use them again!

They scheduled me for a weekend service which was great. They arrived on-time and finished quickly.

I was very pleased with the chimney cleaning service and was able to add on the dryer vent service while the technician was here. The cleanup was excellent and the technician was quite honest to tell me that my chimney was in good cleaning condition and with my amount of usage, would not not need a yearly cleaning. I really only use 2-3 times per year. I was highly impressed as he could have said that I needed a yearly service. I will definitely use this company again. He did a thorough job on my dryer vent as well. Susan

The technician was prompt and arrived on time. Provided a full explanation of the work he would be performing and then executed as explained in a thorough and professional manner. Each duct and vent in the house was blown clean with a compressed air wand while a vacuum was connected to the duct work at the fan assembly. The work was completed and the results were as expected. Some difference in air quality but the final results are dependent on how bad the vents initially.

The technician needed to miss the first appointment. He called me to let me know that he would be late a few times where eventually I need. .d to reschedule because I had another appointment. He was professional when he came and the job was done quickly and professionally. I would use them again.
