The tech was late so I had to follow up with a call but once he was onsite everything went smooth

I call them yesterday and they said they could come today between 3 and 5 pm. I waited until 5:07 pm to call and when I called they said they were just about to call me. They said that they would be at my home within 25 minutes that they were running behind because the guy was stuck in a crawl space of another home working and couldn't call in that area. At 5:45 pm I called the company and I left them a voice mail telling them not to come. It was after dark. I do not know the company or who was coming and had not heard from them so I wanted to cancel. At 5:47 pm a guy showed up knocking saying he was with the company. I told him I had canceled and he left.

A very professional man came in, took about an hour to do the work, removed all the vent covers and return covers and cleaned well.

Company did not adequately clean my dryer vents. Needed to call another company for service.

ProClean arrived within the time specified, were courteous, responsive to my questions and did the job well. The representative looked at the dryer, we turned it on, and then the representative went outside to vacuum out the dryer duct.. I was amazed at how much heavy lint was vacuumed out. My initial call to headquarters went smoothly and quickly and the appointment was made for two days away from the day I called. I would definitely call them again. I had called one other place that Angie recommended, but ProClean was $100 cheaper but seemed to me to do the job well.

They showed up when they said they would. They dealt with it as they said they would and they left.

Air duct cleaning was ok, but the carpet cleaning was no good.

After I purchased the special service via Angie's List, I didn't hear back from the company within the few days. I called back and they were apologetic. I imagine they were swamped. They set up a date and came promptly. They vacuumed out the dryer hose and vent and it all worked perfectly.

I used ProClean with an Angie's List Big Deal. It was easy to schedule the cleaning, and they came only 3 days after I called. The two workers were prompt, polite, and organized. After looking things over they got to work. They were done with 5 rooms, stairs, and landing in about 1.5 hours. They did an excellent job, especially on the old carpet in the family room which really won't ever look good; they made it look as good as possible. I was happy with every bit of the transaction.

We called to have the work scheduled. They called us back to inform us they did not service out area. They were nice and polite, just wasn't clear about the service area when we bought the deal. We ended up having it refunded.

ProClean was very easy to deal with, from making the appointment to having the work done. We paid extra to use the safest process possible because we have pets. The technician came on time, communicated well, and did a great job without any issues.

The technician did a thorough and efficient job and completed the work in less than an hour. He kept his work areas clean and he worked as unintrusively as possible when people were present in a room. I was very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency, as well as the results. Great job!

Making the appointment was a bit difficult because the person who took the order did not remember the specific angie's list deal. The person who came to clean the air ducts did not speak English well and it took a bit for me to understand what he needed. He did understand English well. The last time I had a company clean my air ducts, they covered each air duct securely and used a giant vacuum to get everything out of the air ducts. this company cleaned the air ducts by vacuuming them with a long hose. The service person asked if I wanted them disinfected, and I said yes, but he later told me that it did not need it. I was not told how I would know if they "needed it". I just felt that nothing worth $199.00 was done.

When I purchased the duct cleaning I read the restrictions carefully to be sure rooftop HVAC units were not excluded. When I scheduled the duct cleaning I made it clear to the scheduler that the unit was on the roof, that the roof was three stories high and accessed only by ladder. I was told "No problem!". When the technician arrived he could not do the work because it required a heavy machine that neede to be positioned between the main trunk and the HVAC unit, and it could not be carried to the roof. He promised we would receive a refund, and I hope to get it soon. It was not the fault of the technician. This deal should not have been offered to people with a rooftop unit a and certainly should not have been scheduled!

Overall it was good. They came on time, were courteous, and professional. Originally I hired them to do the duct work through my house, but they also sprayed some chemicla to seal out the mold in the attic.

They called and set up a convenient appointment. The tech was very professional and responsive to our request regarding which ducts to clean. It is difficult for us to tell how good the job is since we have not looked into the ducts again.

Arrived on time did work efficiently and left my house as clean as when they came.

We were very satisfied with the experience. The technician was on time, was careful to make sure the house remained clean and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We would have no hesitation in hiring them again.

The technician came in, covered everything in the room so it wouldn't be messy and cleaned our ducts.

I used ProClean for my brother-in-law, it was a gift from our family.They did cleaning of the ducts, they cleaned two rooms of carpet, I also asked to clean my chimney and dryer vent. Everything went well, I'm satisfied with all of the services, now everything is nice and shiny

I suppose the work was okay. It is the first time I had any job of this nature performed. The company did not appear at the time and on the date specified. My wife wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them to appear. The job had to be rescheduled on a different date.

Good service and was quick. Professional attitude

Was assuming at least two guys would come in for this service, but only one came so I was worried it would take forever. Guy named Bic came in and did everything in about 3 hours and even added free chemicals to prevent mold and other dangerous dust issues. He was in and out without any problems. Would probably do again in another 4 years if I remember.

All of the house with the exception of my bedroom was fine. But in my bedroom, the machine left permanent circular swirl marks in two places. I can live with that, but the fact is it probably will require the next owner of my home to repair or replace that piece of carpeting.

It went very well. The work was performed professionally and everything was returned back in its place after the cleanup was complete.
