ProClean Cleaning Services arrived on time and performed the service as per the contract. I will use them again in the future.

The representative from ProCleaning showed up on schedule, and performed the work as described.

He cleaned the dryer vent and tightened the connection to the dryer. It seems that he did a good job. There was a problem with the price, however, he did extra work but didn't specify how much I was to pay even though I asked him. He still didn't tell me the price for the extra work but I gave him extra money and he didn't say anything else.

They arrived promptly and did an excellent job cleaning the fireplace that hadn't been used since I moved in 9-10 years ago. I would highly recommend them and I will utiliza then again in the future.

I called Proclean Cleaning to clean my dryer vent as my condo requires a dryer vent cleaning every two years. The cleaning professional came on time and even took his shoes off without even me asking which is great. However, he barely spoke english so it was a little difficult in explaining a few things while he was there. Also, I think the cleaning was just average, if that. All he did basically was go behind my dryer and take off the duct, clean the aluminum duct that connects the dryer and the venting duct, put the wire brush thing in the duct (not too deep might I add), and tape it all back together. When he said he was finished, I was quite shocked. I asked him to go up to where the duct exits the condo and clean the bend. It wasn't a big task. The dryer is on the second floor and he just had to go to the attic which is like 5' away and clean the duct some more. He refused at first but eventually reluctantly went along. He cleaned the bend where the duct exits and just as I suspected there were more debris that came out. I knew before that they had to clean that area because the very first company I went with did exactly that and found that debris collects at the bend where it exits. He tried to clean up after himself but didn't do a great of a job. So I had to vacuum the entire hallway after he left. While he did what I asked for eventually, if I hadn't said anything I would have been left with a clogged duct just as I started before he tried cleaning the dryer vent duct. Because of this, I think I will go with another company to clean my dryer vent next time. Although I appreciate the punctuality and the eventual effort, what matters to me is having a company doing the job correctly. And if I had not said anything further, he would not have done the full cleaning of the dryer vent that was expected.

Satisfactory job performed. Technician was friendly but there was a language barrier.

Thank you ProClean for cleaning my dryer vent. However I was confused by being asked for tax by the service professional, since past use of Angies List coupons did not involve further payment. Had no money on hand, had to hassle about whether to write a check for a tiny amount. Also, why do contractors think they can let their phones ring loud and then stop what they are doing to talk loudly and at length when they are in a person's home for a short job? I had a baby sleeping.

The technician from ProClean was very professional and polite. He worked efficiently and was very organized. He explained what he was doing through the entire process. I definitely recommend this company and commend them for the quality of their employees. Thank you.

They were professional. The came out when my husband was home and he forgot to show the several vents. They came back without issue and finished the last 3 ducts without issue.

It didn't go as the company never e-mailed me back and I could not reach anyone on the phone.

Cleaner arrived on time. We have two heating 'zones' -- two separate heating systems. I asked for just one to be cleaned, but he said it wasn't possible to do one without the other. The second system covers a small apartment, so $199 for that job seemed excessive, but since he was already at the premise and I had pre-paid for half the job, it seemed better to go ahead. That said, with tax plus $50 for sanitizer spray, this ended up being about $480 for 3 hrs work. For others thinking of doing this work I would just make sure you don't have more than one heating zone - my guess is that if you do you could find better value, or perhaps could negotiate a better deal with company ahead of time.

Terrible !!! They made a simple problem into a major problem. Even though our electronic clothes dryer seemed to be drying our clothes, it started showing an error code of "AF", which indicates that there could be an air flow problem caused by a build-up of lint in the dryer vent. We purchased a "Big Deal" on Angie's list for $68 to have our vent cleaned. When the service person arrived, he immediately told us that we owed him another $4.08 for sales tax, which according to representatives from Angie's List, we should not have to pay because the quoted Big Deal price is all-inclusive. We explained to him where the dryer vent ran, and the bends that it took. Since he arrived late, it was completely dark outside, but he still proceeded to try to clean the vent from the outside of the house. He used a brush on a long pole that did not have the flexibility to bend around the curves of the vent or the length to reach from the outside of the vent to the dryer inside the house. He made no attempt to even look at the other end of the vent where it attaches to the dryer, but he assured us that the vent was cleaned. The next time we went to use the dryer, it still gave us the "AF" error code, so we assumed that there must be something with the electronics (or sensor) in the dryer. We called a Whirlpool trained technician who completely checked out our dryer and said that is was running perfectly fine - and the problem was still in the vent. This unnecessary visit by the Whirlpool technician cost me another $74.20. I called Pro-Clean back and explained what the Whirlpool technician had told me, and they agreed to send out another service person. This person was also late and arrived after dark. First, he asked to borrow a ladder to reach the outside vent (!) When he opened the vent, he did not realize that this was a second visit by his company, and immediately said that the vent was plugged up. He then tried to clean the vent the same way the previous service person did. When that did not work, he called his boss who told him to use a larger, chimney cleaning brush (which would not flex at all, let along go around the vent corners.) We asked him if he should also clean the vent from the dryer end. Again, he made a call to his boss. He then moved the dryer and removed the duct behind the dryer and pulled a little lint out of the wall vent. He then tried to use the brush to clean from the inside, but could only get the brush a couple feet into the vent. Then, he called his boss again. Every time he spoke to his boss, he went outside so we have no idea how the conversation went. There was also a communication problem between us and both service men (whose English was not very good.) After his last call to his boss, he came in and said that he couldn't do any more and that his boss would have to call us. If he really wanted to talk to us, he could have spoken to us then. His boss NEVER called. The next day I attempted to use the dryer. After about 1/2 hour, I checked on the clothes, and they were very hot and actually wetter than when I put them into the dryer. When I removed the clothes from the dryer, there was water laying in the bottom of the dryer because now he had completely blocked the vent. Now we had to locate another company to come out and assess the problem. This visit cost us another $159, but they did a thorough job and completely cleaned the vent from one end to the other. They showed us handfulls of wet lint that was completely plugging up the vent. Our dryer has worked fine since then. We paid a total of $305.28 for something that was supposed to be a Big Deal special of $68. Needless to say, we would NEVER use ProClean again

ok I thought the price included an inspection of the furness. The inspection of the furnace was visual from the outside of the unit. I'm not sure what that could reveal. Also, I thought that I should have received a call informing that the service man arrived after the 2 hour window. Maybe service individuals should be closer to the location of the homes serviced. My service person had to come from New Brunswick New Jersey at rush hour.

We signed up for one of the Angie's lists deals. Got the code. I called on a Saturday morning, and the technician answered and scheduled the visit the same day! That was impressive. He was a complete gentleman, very professional. While English was his second language, his warmth and caring showed where the words were lacking. When I did not have new air filters, he even took the time to clean the air filters I had as much as possible with his air pressure cleaning tools until I could get new filters. The company should be very proud to have such a professional and thorough person represent their company. In terms of the technical service it was good. I was expecting tools and filters that snaked through the ducts, but that might just be my ignorance of duct cleaning. The process basically involved linking a large vacuum at one end of our vent system that pulled all the dust through, and then the technician went vent to vent with a high pressure air sprayer to blow the dust towards the vacuum.

The price was right, tech was prompt and appt made easy, however, tech did not speak english and it was hard to communicate with him. I live in a condo and my dryer is on 2nd floor and the vent goes up and out the roof, therefore, the tech needed to go to the attic to do his job. I could not see what he did, obviously, and furthermore he did not move my dryer to get behind it and clean, so I could only hope that the tool he used reached that part from the attic. I tried asking him about it, but as I said, there was a communication problem. He spent enough time up there so I guess he did an okay job, but I'll never know. I called the company the next day and asked about this issue and was told that they cannot move appliances, which seems to defeat the purpose in a way, maybe due to some kind of liability, not sure? Anyway, he said if I have any problems to call him, so much for that.

The company and the technician was courteous and professional. However the technician did not properly clamp the dryer vent back on and left it loose. I had a very hard time putting it back on. I wish the guy had mentioned this to us or made an attempt to properly secure the dryer vent back on.

Arrived on time had to bring up heavy equipment into 2nd floor condo. Set up and clean up lasted about 1 1/2 hrs.
