Description of Work: Replaced two non-standard basement side doors and included two storm doors. The job took a total of three month to complete but the doors were custom sized. Once the doors were received from the manufacturer, the installation was quick and the work done with efficiency and accuracy.

Description of Work: Replace a "custom" condo door, required to meet "codes". They did an excellent job of installing and fitting the door as well as managing some challenging "subcontractors" needed to manufacture both the door and the parts.

Description of Work: I bought a custom (rounded top) exterior storm door from Essex about 5 years ago, and when I recently needed to have some maintenance done on the door after years of use, Essex promptly responded, had a colleague address the issue and perform the maintenance with no additional fee even after 5 years of use. I have also called Essex to address small issues with other doors in my home and garage and the response is always prompt and professional. It can be hard to find someone specializing in just doors and windows, but I am pleased to have Essex as a resource.

Description of Work: Replaced broken bricks and repaired concrete of front steps. The work they did was great. The steps were so bad you couldn't walk on them. 100% improvement!
