Excellent! Joe and his team were very friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. They were very careful and respectful and did an excellent job cleaning us the water damage. We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted thePresident of the franchise to get an estimate for a mold remediation job in my attic. He gave me the estimate and explained that the job would take 2 partial days because the attic would get too hot for his crew to work in daytime as the heat intensified. The total estimate was $1896. and included removing the mold, and fogging the attic. A 2 man crew showed up on the agreed date about 9:00 A.M and worked approx 2hrs and 40 mins. including breaks and set up. They said they had to leave to work on another job. The heat was not a factor at that time. They returned the next day and worked 1 more hour and said the job was finished. I called Joe immediately and said that I thought his price was outrageous for a little over 3.5 hours of 2 unskilled laborers time. Joe stated he didn't have time to discuss it and said he would accept 50% of the outstanding balance as final payment,bring the total charge for 3.5 hours x2 persons labor + a fogging machine that can be rented from Home depot for $50 a day to $1422. The company's own employees expressed disbelief at the amount being charged. I have since corresponded with the owner and acknowledged his right to make a fair profit and requested a partial refund of $600. His position is that I agreed with the price and he has already adjusted the final cost. In addition to the outrageous charge, the area was not properly isolated, and little if any of the mold stains were removed. I would never engage this contractor again and I would be very suspicious of any Servpro franchisee as my complaints to corporate headquarters did not resolve the issue.
