Description of Work: Plug holes in the ceiling of my master bedroom to try out the ceiling but that did not work so they had to open up and break a hole and tear out a large space in the ceiling and pull out the insulation and then eventually dried up took four days not sure of the cost because they were paid directly by the insurance company

Description of Work: They did clean up and mold removal for my bathroom after the upstairs bathroom leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom. The first appointment was great. After that, the communication was difficult and I had a hard time getting answers as to what was going on and why. The work they did was quick, efficient and thorough. My main complaints are communication and the fact that they left bags of debris in my driveway from their work. Both my husband and I asked them multiple times about them disposing of the bags and were assured that they would do so and would be back to get them. Two months later, the bags are still on my driveway and I've given up asking. I'm going to have to arrange a special pickup with my town to get rid of them. Also, I was told during the first meeting that while they did not do the rebuild, they had someone they worked with who did. The guy who came and finished the job also told my husband "if we're doing the rebuild, we'll call you in a couple of days to schedule," and that it would take a few days for the work to be done. I received no calls. Finally, I called and was told that they don't do that work and never have. It's no big deal as I can hire a contractor, I just wish they didn't tell me conflicting things.

Description of Work: Covered by insurance. Resolved water damage to 4 rooms caused by ice damming. Dried walls to prevent mold, removed damaged carpet, removed section of damaged ceiling. Set up fans & dehumidifiers to dry everything out. Came back almost every day for more than a week to check progress.

Description of Work: Provider used anti-microbial disinfectant to area of basement affected by water backup from blocked sewer outlet.

Description of Work: Mitigate damages from sump pump failer/water in finished basement. Complete drying of indoor/outdoor carpeting and wall panelling. Removed furniture & items that could not be salvaged. Arranged steam clean, deodorize & sanitze.
