The team was very responsive and easy to work with. I never had to make a phone call to ask for something to be done or to ask when it would be done. Each person clearly communicated to me what would happen next and it was done in the time frame they told me just as they told me it would happen. The job is not yet completed as the wall has to be patched and the room painted. Really a pleasure to work with in every way so far.

"[member name removed], I just read your review and I'm hoping you would consider making a better one. The reason we drill holes in the ceiling is to possibly save the ceiling without remove it complete. Because we are being paid by the insurance carrier we are suppose to minimize the cost. 4 day dry outs aren't unusually. We need to make sure it's thoroughly dry before we leave. Our goal is to do it as fast as possible but our most important goal is to dry it out so you don't have mold growth. Again, I hope you help continue our positive reviews."

This company was one of the best I have ever worked with. The owner, Darric Mitchell was professional, patient and extremely responsible. I was out of the country when the damage happened and everything had to be handled by phone. Calls were returned immediately by Darric. He directed his workers and came to the job site himself. When I returned home several weeks later, he came to the house to go over everything with me. I found the house in much better condition than I had expected. The work they did was neat and they took care to cause as little damage as possible.
Darric was also kind enough to suggest a contractor he works with to do all the repairs. He met us on site and I was also impressed with him.
I hope to never have another disaster like this, but if I did, Restoration 1 would be the first call I would make.

Clean-up was professional and efficient, timely and punctual. Response to my call was immediate and an appointment was made promptly at my convenience. The spill was minimal but the clean-up ensured that any and all hazards were addressed.

It went very well. Equipment was in the basement for approximately 72 hours and workers came to check & measure dryness level at least once every 24 hours.
