Vent Cleaning

Description of Work: The provider showed up as promised on a Saturday afternoon, but after looking over the job (cleaning the heating ducts in my 80 year old house), he recommended I find another provider. He uses compressed air to blow out the ducts, and was concerned that the ducts really would need a brush cleaning after all this time. He did offer to do the job as contracted, but warned that I might not be satisfied.

Description of Work: I am a real estate agent who used your duct cleaning service for my own house today. What better way to get an on-hand look at how your company services its customers than to try it out first before I would refer you to my clients. Your service technician showed up on time and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how it would affect the quality of my property. He thoroughly explained other services you offer, but only suggested extra services that I truly needed. No pressure at all. I am very please with the work performed. He was on time, professional, and worked very efficiently.

Description of Work: Had entire house ducts cleaned. I believe it was worth it. I would have liked to spend a little less. Few years back I spent around 100 for the same work. D*** FED!

Description of Work: Workmanship was professional and good. just forgot to come the first time booked. was able to come within the week and was prompt at that time. Cleaned all of the vents in my home plus furnace vents.
