Vent Cleaning

They did a good job. They checked all our vents and cleaned them. I don't remember the exact amount or date because it was performed months ago but I remember the guy was very helpful and he knew his job.

Actually, the equipment was old and the suction wasn't so good, fortunaltly for me the tech said my duct were clean before he began so I don't think I missed out on much. He did need to cut a circular hole into the airduct for his hose to attach, but I needed to seal that up properly after he left, as the repair he did was less than desirable. He also tried to talk me into several other cleaning services which I thought were way overpriced $$$ for a cursary cleaning of the blower motor!

It wasn't as good as I expected. They put a price and sold the service but when the person was here he told me this is not for the size of the vent that you have, your duck is bigger and you have to pay almost double. So, I did. But in the purchase sheet there wasn't any limit for the duct, so I was a little disappointed with this part of the job because he charged more than I had already paid and didn't return as well.

Scheduling was a bit of a chore, but the actual service was quick and efficient. They blew all the dust from the top floors down to the bottom, then vacuumed it out. They also spray some sort of sanitizer through the system.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent. They were punctual and actually had to reschedule, but worked very hard to accommodate our schedule. They actually came out on a Sunday so they were very accommodating in that respect. They were very quick, thorough and clean. I added an extra $50 to the deal price because they cleaned out a fan unit as well.

We had purchased a big deal and it was okay. After he cleaned it, I told him that the dryer vent was included, and he said it was not, so I had to pay him an extra 80 Dollars for that. I realised later that it was included, so I called them to dispute it, and they said that they would talk to the service guy and refund that, but they did not. I called about 3 times, and they never refunded it. They were not honest, and I chopped it up as a loss. They then said that there was a fine print, they put a little sensitization in their equipment, and that takes away the dryer cleaning. It just wasn't right what he did.

It went very well. It was my first time using them and they provided the service that they were supposed to do. The price was also good.

I did not pay more than a $199 for their services. We had some problems scheduling. We scheduled once. They called back and said that the guy got stuck on a job somewhere and something happened the next time. We took three shots before they came out. They were okay. I did not know that they did deodorizing or anything like that. I know the guy cleaned the vents. I saw him cleaning the vents, but I did not know if they did any deodorizing. It was just an okay service. I needed to have it done though. We did not have any issues with them other than the scheduling. The guy was okay. It was not his fault that they had all these problems with the schedules. I would probably not use them again. I would probably go somewhere else.

Everything went well-arrived promptly, was courteous, and did a good job. Very satisfied

Tech was very polite. I explained to him that i had just installed a brand new HVAC system the week before and was worried about pushing dust into new furnace. He showed me furnace after and it appeared clean inside( hopefully the coil still is). after he left i opened some return vents and took pics of inside. Quite a bit of dust clinging to sides of duct and main return vent. Tech also cleaned out dryer vent and got quite a bit of dust out of it. I was skeptical of price and wish I had been able to get them out here before installing new unit.

The work went very well. They arrived and didn’t make a mess in the house or outside. They are reliable and thorough.

Initially was scheduled to have this service completed on Aug 5th however 1 hour before they were scheduled to arrive, they cancelled due to equipment problems. I was able to reschedule for a weekend appointment. Technician arrived within the slotted time. Never had vents cleaned before so I didn't know what to expect. He explained to me what he was going to do. Cleaning took 30 minutes. Only one vent cover needed to be removed. This was an Angie's list Big Deal and the technician suggested that due to the small number of vents that I had, this type of service could be performed at a cheaper price.

It took a while to set an appointment, but they did come on a Sunday. However, they did the work and I am breathing easier. I would rather have somebody if they were a New Jersey company or a local company just because of the scheduling. Other than that, they were okay.

It went fine but this duct cleaning is the air injection type and not the actual brush scrubbing which is why the price is cheaper.

There was a limit on how many things they did and there was an add-on for services. They were very nice, he put on a boot to come into the house so I appreciated that, it wounded up being more money than I had anticipated to pay but in the end I was happy.

They went through very quickly and I don't think they cleaned out the dryer vent very well if at all.

I called May 5 to set up an appointment. They said they operate out of New Jersey, and were through in my area, Silver Spring,MD. until July, so I made one for then. My appointment was for 2 to 4pm. Alysia called and said the crew couldn't get here until 6 pm. They showed up at 8pm. We were having our masterbath remodeled then and they said they couldn't do it while the remodeling was taking place, so I had to make another appointment which wasn't until August 3. Finally the work was completed then.

They were on time and wore booties over their shoes. But everything I asked them to do they said they couldn't do. They weren't authorized to do. I would have to contract that separately. They spent about 10 minutes and I was totally unimpressed.

Easy to schedule. On time for the service. The problem was caused by my own inattention. I thought the service was duct cleaning, for which the price would have been fair. However, it was only for vent cleaning. Since the list price of the cleaning was said to be around $250, I assumed the supply and return ducts would be cleaned. None of this was included, only the vent openings in the rooms. Although that service was well done, even the Angie's list price for that little work seemed high.

I don't have a lot to compare to. They were in and out rather quickly, were efficient in what they did. The young man was polite and explained what he was doing.They had a lot of upsells while onsite. I thought some of the prices were high for what was being done, so he was willing to negotiate . Overall I was satisfied.

What a waste of money! All the guy did was use a compressor and spray air in all the vents. Removed the return vent covers and sprayed inside them as well, getting dust and debris all over the house, leaving me to clean up after him. Where do you think the dirt and dust goes. Its not a vaporizing magical wand that's for sure. I was expecting something along the lines of "cleaning" ordering a duct CLEANING service with a vacuum and sanitizing. I could have done this for free with my own compressor. Stay away from this joke of a service. I'd expect something like this wouldn't be on Angie's list in the first place since THIS IS WHAT THIS SITE IS FOR! I guess you live and you learn, and do it yourself if you want it done right.

Very professional in all aspects. Returned our phone calls promptly, followed up and answered all questions. Arrived on time. Quality of work good. Would use this company again.

Great and effective service.

Fine, no problems. I don't notice any difference in my furnace filter so I'm not sure that the air duct service is necessary but I did it once. Probably would not do it again for at least 5 years

Excellent service response, and quick work. I would certainly use them again.
