Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Vent Cleaning: $185 for Air Duct Cleaning (Unlimited Vents) PLUS Dryer Vent Cleaning!

Description of Work: Whenever we called the service provider they never answered and took days to return the calls. I started to get concerned and tried to look up reviews and could not even find the company. Called your office and spoke to Aaron in customer service, when he checked my order it had a different company name on your system than was printed on my coupon. The company name Aaron provided me with had recent ratings of C to F so I decided to cancel. When I called to cancel they asked why, when I stated it was due to their very poor reviews, he said they were no longer part of that company that those reviews were from work done in Maryland and not by them here in New Jersey. Aaron said he would get back to me with a list of A rated companies but that was over a week ago and I have not received any calls or emails so I feel a refund would be best.

Description of Work: After buying the deal in February, I contacted the provider's office in NJ on 3/26/13 to schedule the service. The first available Saturday was 5/11, so we scheduled the appointment in the morning. When my vacation was postponed, I called back and rescheduled the appointment for 6/14. Afterwards, Alysha in the NJ office called me back to say that she could not find the appointment in their system and staff would not be available in MD on that date. So, we rescheduled for 6/29 at 11 AM. On 6/13, I received a call to confirm the 6/14 appointment from local staff. This was confusing, and I told them to check with Alysha because she had rescheduled my appointment. I didn't hear back from the company and got concerned. So, I called the NJ office on 6/27 and 6/28 to confirm the appointment on 6/29, but got voicemail and left messages. Nobody returned my calls. On 6/29/13, nobody showed up for the appointment, and I called NJ again. Alysha returned the call, apologized, and told me that she could reschedule the appointment for 6 PM in the evening. Since I had prior plans, we could not work this out and I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: The servicemen where very punctual and polite but due to the fact that their equipment was unable to reach my ducts, service was not rendered. They did however clean my dryer vent for $50 which I paid cash for.

Description of Work: The provider did not have equipment to reach my house. He asked for an electric cord extention which I provided for him, but his hoses where to short. He did call his office and left. I did call the office too and they promised to find another van but the rescheduling was difficult and too long wait. I informed them that I want a refund and they advised me to call you.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness and politeness of this provider. They cleaned all the vents including the dryer vents.

Description of Work: They came and were here about an hour, they "cleaned" our ducts by blowing compressed air through them. They got more dirt on the furniture and surrounding areas then anything else. They supposedly cleaned my dryer vent too, and I still have a lot of lint coming out of the vent.
