Description of Work: Gutted and renovated a small bathroom with a shower. I would summarize Darius' approach by saying that he cares and he takes pride in doing the job right without cutting corners. Before he starts the job he takes the time to meet you at the tile store and help you decide on the design, colors and quantities.

+ 4 moreDarius is truly a Get it Done guy. He was over the very next day and 2 days later I had the estimate. We are definitely to seek his services. He knows his work well and does inform for anything that we need to know in advance in terms of permits. I strongly recommend him.
Description of Work: Demolition, New Cab. Install, Plumbing, Tiling, Back splash, Powder room, Laundry Room and electrical work.

He also brought great design ideas & optimal (cost & function) solutions that probably saved me a ton. He also accommodated last minute changes in plan - installing a cabinet that wasn't planned for.
Description of Work: Darius & team tore down old basement, including cutting out old cast iron tubes. Then did the framing, sheet rock walls and ceiling, painting, flooring, windows -- the entire job.

+ 4 moreThe work began a week prior to the original start date, the first day the room was gutted at this point it was determined that the ceiling would need to be reframed, at an additional fee that was quite reasonable. The next day the framing was done and then the electrician needed to come in and do rough wiring. Wednesday was an off day as the electrician did not come until after 5:00 p.m.. Thursday sheet rock was cut and put up, along with a new closet door. Friday, tape and spackle was done and Saturday, more spackle. Monday room was painted and that was the job. All in all I would recommend quick worker, neat worker and completed on time. We would recommend him he did a good job.
