CHOWON INTERIOR CORP

Among the floor installers we interviewed, we chose Chowon based on the pricing and availability. We had a certain floor product in mind when we hired Chowon, but later learned that the product was not immediately available. Eugene, the owner of the company worked closely with us in selecting an alternative product which was equally attractive. Once the material was selected and delivered for acclimatization, the demolition & installation of the flooring went very smooth. On the first day, Eugene brought 4 crews to expedite the process, and the complete demolition and about 50% installation was done on that day. On the second day, 3 of them came back to finish the floor and install the base moulding. After completion the workers cleaned up everything and even helped us to movie back furniture in the rooms. As for the quality of work, the floor was just nicely put together, and is gorgeous to look at. Their skill is especially evident in the transition area where different types of floors meet, and I can see they paid extra attention to details in those areas. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the result, and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Chowon to anyone who is interested in getting new floor!
