They always do a good job and I was happy with what they did. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

The work was fine; I just found them to be too expensive.

On one occasion, I had called them to install an outlet for a stove. When the stove arrived, we discovered that they had installed the wrong type of plug. The prong arrangement was incorrect, and so I called them and at first he did not want to listen to me and did not believe that it was wrong although it was very clear that it did not fit. He finally agreed to come out and reinstalled the correct socket in the wall. On another occasion, I wanted to have GFI outlets installed near my sinks, per code. One of them was installed correctly, but the second was installed very messily by his apprentice or helper. The hole he made was jagged and lumpy,. When I called to have them fix it, I asked to be credited for a portion of the charge because the apprentice had taken an exorbitant amount of time for him to make the hole. He refused to modify the charge. At another time, when we were on vacation our housekeeper discovered that one of our rooms, which had electric heat, was extremely hot. The thermostat had malfunctioned, so when she called them, they came almost immediately and replaced the thermostat. We really appreciated their rapid response, although my experience with them has been very inconsistent. I think their charges are high, and they have not been accommodating in assuring that I have been happy with their service. The owner has not been pleasant by phone either. They have made errors without providing credits, and I am now finding another electrical company who is more flexible and more willing to please their customers. I would encourage anyone considering using this company to see if management has changed since my negative experiences with them and, if it has not changed, to be very cautious.

The company returned my call promptly and explained their service over the phone. They come with a completely equipped truck so that small jobs can be done immediately. The price they give is not an estimate but the actual cost of the work. The job was done quickly and completely. Even though the electrician had to do more work than he originally thought, the price I paid was the original price he quoted. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. The work was done exactly as I needed. I would definitely call them again.

I had an outlet that was working intermittently. I called and the woman on the phone was pleasant and explained all of the procedures clearly. She scheduled me for something within 48 hours. They came quickly, repaired the outlet and gave me a bid for additional service. I don't know if I'll do the additional service, since it is a convenience, not a necessity - but I'll consider them in the future.

Was first appointment of the day with a 7:30 start time, representative was on time. Walked me through the company's policy and walked through the home showing what work was needing to be completed. Representative was clean, quick and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations and I believe I got what I paid for.

They did come on time. They were very good at finding out the problem. I was pleased with their inspection. They were thorough. I was happy with the results.

We moved into this house about a year ago and have needed to call Stacey Electric about three or four times this year. When they determined that the transformer was shot, it wasn't worth fixing since it was an inexpensive system that was put in. We are waiting for a new light to come in that we ordered from a store so they can put it in. Stacey Electric has followed up well with me the past two months to see if we are ready for them to install it. They have been reasonably priced, very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time.

When I called, I asked to schedule the repair during a week when I would be at home. They were not able to schedule me during that time but did take my cell phone number & said they would contact me if any of their technicians became available. Although I was not at home, they did reach me and I met the technician at my home. He promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

You definitely get what you pay for. I think that the price was a little high, but the work was done very well. They always respond right away to our requests, which is also nice.

They responded very quickly and showed up when promised. Since our heat was out they came the same day and restored the system in one hour.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THEY WERE ON TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY ARE THE BEST ELECTRIC COMPANY THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS PROMPT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY IS AT THE HIGHER END OF THE PRICE RANGE, BUT THEY DO VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY RELIABLE. WE PREFER TO USE THEM THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO CONTACT US. EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED ON TIME. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, FRIENDLY, AND DO VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY HAVE ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT THERE IS NO MESS LEFT BEHIND FOR US TO CLEAN UP. I WOULD GLADLY SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

I TRUST THIS COMPANY, AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR YEARS. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THE WORK IS DONE QUICKLY, AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. OUR ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY WAS THAT EVERY TIME THEY CAME IT WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND HAVE FOUND THEM RELIABLE. I NEEDED SOME PROBLEMS FIXED AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WE PAID FOR MATERIAL AND TIME. I THINK THAT THEY ARE FAIRLY PRICED.

THEY HAD HIGH QUALITY WORK BUT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
