 + 4 moreI was very pleased with this company from my first contact to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Frank Jager was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked within my budget. He explained the work that would be done. answered my questions, and left a detailed written estimate. The power washing was completed in one day, and the sanding and sealing done a few days later after the wood had thoroughly dried. The repair of the rear paver walk was done on a different day. Workers were organized and careful. There was no damage to surrounding flower beds and aluminum siding was protected with heavy plastic. The exterior of my home looks amazing! The decks look new and the medium brown sealer that Frank suggested is a perfect color match with the brown aluminum trim. The stone walls and cement walks are mold and mildew free. The paver walk is level again, and spotlessly clean. Frank Jager and his staff are experienced professionals. They are polite, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with their services and would certainly recommend them.
Description of Work: Jager All Surface Restoration power washed my two decks, field stone retaining walls, and paver walk in my backyard. The decks (one large wrap-around and a smaller 8' x 12' , both with railings & steps) were power cleaned, sanded, and sealed with a semi-transparent oil base sealer. The block walls, cement front walk, and rear paver walk were power washed. The paver walk required repair, which was also done, with replacement sand included.

 + 0 moreOur yard was a disaster with a lot of debris from the hurricane last fall. Winter surely didn't help adding more of a mess. The Jager Landscaping team came to our property and did an outstanding job. They also made some suggestions to add to the overall curb appeal. They are not the least expensive or most expensive but they are worth every penny in my opinion. If you are looking for a real quality landscape company this is it.
Description of Work: I hired Jager Landscaping again this spring because we were very satisfied with their service in the past. Hurricane Sandy caused a lot of damage at our property and we needed a total yard cleanup plus recommendations to make our property more attractive. Their team came and did a great cleanup job plus make some very good recommendations for landscaping. I praise this company because of their attention to detail and they treat our property with respect. Their work is impeccable.

 + 2 moreThe work was to have been completed by the end of October, however Hurricane Sandy's aftermath delayed the work until a large tree that had split, was removed. Mr. Jager was understanding and agreed to reschedule and renegotiate the Job Proposal to include the edging, trimming, and preliminary clean-up along with the final clean-up (both Phase 1 and Phase 2) for $2600. When the work was nearly complete, I asked Mr. Jager if he would blow the leaves off the roof and out of the gutters in the front of the house, which he did at no extra charge. The garden edging was not done.
Description of Work: It was a pleasure to deal with Jager Landscaping. They are professional and responsive -- just a little expensive...but they're good for their word. The 1/4 acre yard clean-up was contracted to be done in 2 phases. Phase 1 was to include spade edging the gardens, debris removal (small pile of asphalt and large pile of branch/leaf debris), removal of dead branches from the gardens, removal of sapling trees and misplaced bushes, trimming of existing bushes, topping of a large shrub away from electrical wires, removal of ivy vines from a tree trunk, for $1,993. Phase 2 would be the complete leaf removal, and disposal of all leaf and debris off premises, for an additional $848. The property is a corner lot with overly-mature shrub plantings along the perimeter, several large mature oak and hemlock trees, and a "natural" lawn that only requires mowing as it is mostly moss and ivy. Years of leaves were left to decompose along the perimter gardens, so much had composted but there was considerable clean-up still required. The foundation plantings were established in 2011 and required little to no attention. The yard clean-up was challenging, but it was accomplished in a few hours with a small crew. The trimming and ivy removal was completed a day or so later, in a few hours.

 + -1 moreThey sprayed their special solution on the deck that removed all the dirt and mold. Then they sealed it. It looks like new.
Description of Work: Not to confuse anyone but Jager Landscaping's power washing division is called All Surface Restoration. The owner did a demonstration of his service and what they use to clean the deck. It's amazing. Frankly I never saw anything like it. It thoroughly cleaned it and it's a natural process. It did not harm the shrubs and plants nearby. Then they sealed it. We are very happy. This is a top notch service that I highly recommend.

 + 2 moreWhen he gave us the date to do the work he was on time and his crew spent the entire day completing it. There were some small detail finishes that were not done but the next day they returned and went over all the work to be sure we were completely satisfied. We were entirely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professional way it was handled. Mr. Jager wanted to make certain that we were pleased with the job.
Description of Work: Jager gave us the best price for the services rendered. He cleaned the roof, washed the vinyl siding, cleaned the retaining wall, stairs and sidewalks. He gave us an approximate date that he could accomplish the work.

 + 1 moreThey picked up a bunch of branches, sticks, refuse, mowed the lawn, edged it nicely all on one day and on another day they did all the pressure washing. I felt like I had a new house, it looked beautiful. They were very nice about payment which they took in 2 installments so it was easier for me to pay. For a frugal homeowner, this was a pleasant experience.
Description of Work: I needed moss removed from the side and roof of my house. The siding was dirty and my lawn hadn't been mowed in a long while. They gave me an estimate for the pressure wash and then we negotiated a little bit to add in the yard work. One day got the yard done, on another day they did the pressure wash. Both times everyone was courteous, professional and really neat.
