Description of Work: I emailed Raynor late one night. Amanda followed up promptly the next morning to set up an appointment to see what I wanted done. She took the time to explain the process and set the appointment. The electrician, Phil, called and gave me a 30 min heads up that he was on his way. He arrived and allowed me to explain what I wanted done. He then gave his suggestions which were greatly appreciated and helpful. He took his time to insure everything was completed correctly and when I wanted something additional done he had a great attitude of “ I have the time and we can do that today”. It was nice to have someone that wanted to get a task completed instead of the normal lazy attitude of people that we can do it another time. Thanks again Phil for a job well done.

Description of Work: an excellent experience. I had all of my outlets in my kitchen go out suddenly this morning, after trying in vain to flip the GFI and failing to find a flipped fuse, I called in professional help. The young lady who answered my call was extremely sympathetic and efficiently took my information. She assured me help would be here today! The electrician Tom, called when he was fifteen minutes away. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave a quote and was prepared to fix everything on my list immediately! He was exceedingly polite and professional , and extremely efficient. I will certainly call again if ever I am in need!

For HVAC we are experts on a full NJ program analysis for all available programs, rebates, incentives and loan programs. We help customers qualify for as many as possible and work to meet their comfort AND budget needs in the process. Its not about how fast we can get a customer to work with us, it's about how well we work with you and your needs and goals. We are here for the journey from start to finish and after.
We do not maintain or service oil HVAC systems. We only assist customers in the best programs for converting them from oil to gas, electric or propane systems. We also do not work on nor install Geo-thermal systems.
