Gave us some great advise during our foundation inspection and saved us a bunch of money!

I hate this company to do a structural inspection to outside of a townhouse in New York. They came highly rated from an inspector whom I love. The inspector Joe is absolutely amazing. Heâ s smart heâ s efficient. Heâ s honest heâ s fair. I really enjoy work with him. His scheduler/assistant Kim has been absolutely terrible from the very beginning. She has a professional demeaning, a very nasty, and seem to not be concerned at all. I asked for the inspection Report over a week ago and it still has not gotten to me. She said she can only send it to the email address that did the payment. I have a firm that does all of my payments but they do not receive reports. I had said this to her and still have not received a report yet. Customer Service means a lot because sheâ s determined to be nasty to me and Iâ m not sure why.

I hired Structural Workshop to confirm that the wall around my kitchen was not load-bearing, since I wanted to take it down for a renovation. This very simple job turned out to be a bit of a nightmare because the manager of my condo building is both incompetent and dishonest, but the team at Structural Workshop was super patient throughout. Akash came out twice to survey my condo and wrote 3(!) letters in the end to satisfy the powers that be. He and the office staff were also very communicative, prompt, and reliable. They did everything they possibly could to help. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

They were able to inspect a home we were buying and write a report within 2 days. Our experience with them was great!

I could not wish for a better experience working with this company, from the onset through the completion. Home Advisor connected me to Structural Workshop LLC for a last minute project on a 203K loan application. Ms. Pawloski contacted me in a matter of seconds, sent a structural engineer at the property to evaluate a crack in the foundation, the same day, and sent the report for the visit the next day. I cannot recommend them enough. E-mail communication was fast and effective. I will request their services in the future. came to do an independent review to be sure a wall was not structural, which we wanted as a safety check in case we were fooling ourselves. He came, he had same findings as us, and was correct when we took down panelling that it was not structural

The person I talked with were professional and polite. His explanations were right on point. We had no problems with the cost. If we need further assistance we will not hesitate in contacting them again.

He completed the job overnight, and I was able to pick-up the plans the next day. Submitted the signed plans to the town, they approved. All good...

Well worth the cost, Joe was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanations during his inspections. I'd rather spend a few dollars up front than deal with a headache in the future.
