took their time to finish the job which is great! did tell some modifications with no hesitation to do the work! very satisfied with the outcome!!!

It was very difficult initially to get a response to my concerns from customer service. The work was not performed as explained by the sales person. The quality of the work was good but its delivery was disorganized and delayed due, in my opinion, to communication gaps within the company.

The sales person brought real samples to show. Castle Doors was the only contractor to do this. He gave clear, concise information about door manufacturing and the installation from start to finish. So far, everything has been on schedule, however, I still have 2 weeks until the actual install. Their prices are excellent especially considering the doors I purchased are being made by the Amish and come with life time warranties.

There was some miscommunication between the office and field personnel on a late change order, but they rectified the mistake immediately to my great satisfaction. The installers were professional, obviously well experienced and did a great job. The windows look and function great. Too early to tell how it will affect my heating bill, however.

Sales rep and installers were great. Windows are beautiful. Only complaint I would have is the difficulty hearing the office personal when scheduling the install. You can hear numerous other people talking in the background .

Installers were prompt, polite and efficient. Gorgeous windows, great doors, quality products! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

The endless sales pitch and discount tactics were worse than buying a car. The installers arrived on time did a nice job, however one of the workers left a mess for ME to clean up. So far, the windows seem to be of good quality and air tight. Time will tell if I got the so called great deal on them..

Home office/salesman do not check what can be done before sending installers to home. Wasted time.

When I require more windows I would use Castle again.

They came on 9/10/15,,installed windows or at least a partial window ,because they broke the window installing it,had been waiting since 9/10 for the rush order replacement until 9/29,,of which the 1st guys jury rigged the 1st window with plywood,screwed nails into the window frame,thus making the frame unsatisfactory according to the guy who came on 9/29 with the replacement window to be installed,their customer service lacks any type of quality that I would refer them to anybody.I feel the customer should not to make follow up progress call to the business,but I had to also I filed a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey,all of that could have been eliminated if the installers would taken their time and paid attention to detail and not rushed because the rain on 9/10/2015,the products that are in look ok,but still I have to wait 3 more weeks for the replacement replacement window & frame.

The installer Zara [may have misspelled] was well mannered yet funny. He knew what he was doing and explained when I had questions. He cleaned up the work area and made sure I knew how to operate and adjust the patio door.

Company's customer service is great. They handled all my last minute changes no problem. Their goal is to keep the customer happy and that they did. And a job well done

The installers were very skilled, professional, after the installation of the installation of the front entry and storm doors the leader a very nice guy gave me hands instruction on the doors.

We had a weird sized door & they were able to custom make the door to fit the space. The door is gorgeous!

I haven't had the work done yet so I cannot rate the quality because the salesman and the supervisor from my area continually lied about their installation process. We were informed by both the salesman and the supervisor that the way my house was furnished and set up was going to be okay without any adjustments. First the windows were ready for installation 2 months before the salesman and the guy who measured them said they were going to be and they continued calling to set up installation 2-3 times weekly after it was explained that the house wouldn't be ready for new windows until 1 week before the original date they stated. The workman showed up to do the work (so far they are the only ones with this company I would trust holding one of my glasses) they were very forthright and explained that they could not install the windows the way we were informed they could be. So not only did I pay for the most expensive windows but I had to pay extra to another concern to make it available for them to do the windows. So all in all I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. They may have the best product but their office personal right up to their president is not to be trusted.
