Did not oversell.

Castle Window employees were prompt, courteous, efficient & cleaned up well after the work performed. One window was not ordered as specified. However, once noted, Castle said they would order the correct one, but still completed all windows & will return within a two week window to replace the new window installed with the correct colonial style one. Unfortunately , over a month later we are still waiting for the job to be completed properly - so keep you posted!

Be sure to double check their measurements of EACH Windows! I'm still waiting for them to re-use 2 that were too small. Should be ready soon.

hard workers...good clean up

The team of installers were polite and efficient. When they arrived they review what was going to be installed and went right to work. They did not stop until all windows were installed and cleaned. (even though it rained mid day.) When they left you would not have known they were they except for the new windows of course. They clean up as they worked. Very please with the time, quality of workmanship and the quality of windows. Would recommend to anyone.

The installers were very fast, clean and did a great job. Very pleased with the end result and think I'll save money heating and cooling.

We replaced one large bay window on the front of our home. The entire process went very smoothly from sales to installation. All of the staff we dealt with were competent and professional. Our new window is gorgeous and there is a lifetime guarantee.

The two installers that came to my home were experts in their field, they did a wonderful job, which in my opinion caused me no anxiety at all. It's sometimes a pain to have work done in your home but they made it painless! (they also cleaned up everything)

The window was supposed to block out the heat, but ir's as stifling as ever in the room in hot weather.

Guaranteed for the life of the home including screens. Very durable. You have to negotiate hard to get the best deal. I got 13 windows installed. One of them had to have an opening cut for it. It was tricky on my house, but the job got done.

The best in workmanship and quality of the product

The salesman was obviously seasoned, typical sales guy...but knew his stuff inside and out. Because our window wasn't typical size, other companies told us we'd have to remove siding and may not be able to use original siding to replace so it wouldn't match! WTH? Castle came in next day, customized size, width and depth (garden window). week later a professional measurement was done. Was told 5-7 weeks for window to arrive, it was closer to 3 weeks! Installers and measure tech were efficient, professional, good humored and I love the window. I believe the lifetime warrantee makes up for the cost. I had a friend tell me any issue she had with hers, the company comes and replaces (cracks, screen rip) at NO COST.

Know up front that window sales people are a pretty pushy bunch and Castle Windows are no exception. The salesman who came to my house was friendly enough and gave us a great idea on how to address our picture window set up in the living room, but he was a salesman who talked a bit too much about his product versus his competitors' products. Also, once Castle Windows has your phone number, they will use it for follow up "courtesy" calls. By the 3rd call I had to tell them very pointedly to stop calling. All that said, the windows have been great so far.

We were sold when we saw the demonstration and examples that the salesman showed us. Installers were very good.

I would recommend them to anyone
