Great all around experience

From start to "almost" finished, and excellent experience. Salesperson, customer service, and installers were all great to work with. Noticed an immediate difference in how warm our home became after the install!

Just had them put in. Very happy with the way they look. My niece had new windows put in last yr by a different company. When she saw them she remarked that mine fit much better screen wise. I'm anxious to see how they effect my heating bill.

Rep came to the house and did presentation. No pressure. They called back when they promised and windows were measured when company promised. So far so good. Will write another review after install but very good so far. Follow up..26 Windows and doors installed. No problems. Arrived at 10am and finished about 9:00pm. No problems at all. Would use Castle again. Updated as of 2/4/17 Windows and doors installed a few months ago. No problems as of today. Would use Castle again.

I am still waiting on one window that was miss measured. Having said that, they were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves better than anyone else I have ever hired and were very pleasant. These windows have made our sunroom useable for all season, not just when the outside temperature allowed, the previous owners had enclosed their screen porch and used the louvered windows. Now our view is so open, the wind off the lake does not affect us, and we can be comfortable year round. From start to finish they have been my favorite hire. The non pushy salesman, customer service and installation everyone has been pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

This company without a doubt provided the very best service I have ever had from contractors. Friendly, courteous, excellent workmanship and they were on time to perform. I would recommend them to anyone to replace windows, and their products are of the highest quality.

Messed up on my installation. Different screens then I ordered, and used white trim instead of color I ordered. Two weeks later still waiting for them to come back and fix it.

I paid top dollar for a door replacement to consist of a one piece installation, I am still without a sill plate and have a 3/8 inch gap under my interior door, door was also delivered without the peep site being installed, now on 2nd trip to my home, the gap under the door is still there because the first installers did not report the condition existed. They sent their own professional to come make final measurements to fabricate the door and the assembly did not fit in the opening.

They did a fairly good job. I'm satisfied so far but it's only been a week. Some of the caulking on the outside was sloppy and doesn't look smooth. The clean up was OK but they left some minor debris behind like tar paper shreds, nails, and cigarette butts. Otherwise, professional installers, diligent workers, and excellent work. I was sold on the pricing, quality of the windows, and the guarantee. The real test will come this weekend when a hurricane will be blowing through the area.

They are a company that cares about customer service and quality.a rare thing to find today. I had a family prooblem arise after I placed The order and had to talk and work with the manager Robert Mmaffie . We resolved my problem and he is a true professional and cares about the company. They door was installed and is an example of good quality and fine workmanship. Installer knows his job and did a beautiful job cleaned up and left me a happy customer. I would recomend castle you won't be disapointed believe me.
