Castle windows changed all the windows and slider in my home. The guys showed up on time. Cleaned the mess, and left as if they were never there. I know a few people who used castle windows for their homes and they too are impressed.

I was very satisfied with the installation of the replacement windows and sliding doors. Very competitive pricing and quality of energy efficient windows and sliding doors. The installers replaced 4 windows and sliding doors in one day. They were professional and neat with the install and cleared all debris. The windows and doors have a lifetime warranty that covers accidental glass damage and is transferable to other owners. There is a huge difference in comfort with the new windows and doors. Even with temps getting into single digits, the house is extremely warmer and much quieter due to the quality of the product. I would highly recommend Castle Window.

We are very pleased with our whole experience. We had a bad experience with another window company years ago. Doors and Windows purchased from Castle Windows. Matt Brickner, the salesperson was such a pleasure to work with. He came on time, and spent several hours making sure I got everything I wanted from each detail. He was so helpful and patient. He took his time on explaining the process as well as showing the quality of windows the company carries. His professionalism says it all. Huge difference in value compared to other estimates. Overall: Very Satisfied!

Poor quality installation and slow customer service to fix defects. Five months and counting

Crew was on time, protected floors with tarps, told us what each process was and very, very respectable.

I had 7 windows done at my condo. Castle was my second appointment and I had three total. I ended up signing with them the same day ,but I still had one more company come out while I was in recession. The salesman was a younger guy but he knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and didn't have the cheesy sales pitch. They were cheaper than Sears by a lot and sears didn't show me anything at all. All I did was show them my purchase agreement from Castle and they couldn't even come close. (Castle list all the material and warranty on their purchase agreements which is why I signed that day) Didn't know how much actually went into windows. And the warranty didn't have the typical one page of fine print either. Really impressed with the quality and price. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the install ,but my father in law said they were professional and on time. They even replaced some rotted wood for nothing which was amazing. Windows have been in for a month now and they're awesome. Love that I can get out of the shower and not be freezing lol. Highly recommended!
