Even though they were expensive , I felt with the quality and warranty , which can be transferred to the next owner , was worth hiring them. guys did 8 windows in about 3 hours and they look great.

Good costumer service but the whole process takes a very long time. The presentation to get you to purchase was several hours alone. Then three different people are sent out to measure your windows which I felt was excessive and actually leaves room for error that so many different people are coming to work instead of just 1 person who knows all the details. Our windows are very nice but I couldn't tell you if they are better than cheaper ones at this time. However best feature is true lifetime warrenty

I have only one complaint and that is the caulking around the windows could have been a lot neater. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Very poor quality window and installation. Customer service very poor. I purchased a double pane picture window from Castle. The window got condensation between the panes. A new window had to be installed. I had to have my alarm reinstalled for that window. Castle refused to reimburse me for the additional money I had to spend, because of Castle's error, not mine. Very poor customer service.
