Remember you get what you pay for.... it is expensive but you get quality and a warrantee. They stand by their quality and the installation was amazing!

Castle just compleed the installation to my satisfation in all respect. The after servcies including product and service warranty supposed to be excellent according to the representation of the compnay in sales discussion.

Well priced. Sales representative was genuine. Purchasing process was easy. Installation crew did arrive nearly 2 hours past their time "window" without any notification. Maybe they were busy, nonetheless they kept us waiting. But their work was diligent and the windows came out beautifully.

While the overall sales/customer service experience could have been a tad better (I was not fully informed about the length of time the entire process would take, for instance), I am very happy with my new windows. They are just what we needed/wanted, installation was professional and fairly quick, and the piece couldn't be beat - almost half of what another co. quoted me, with a better warranty and just as good if not better product. Kudos to the installer especially - as they had to make some last-minute and unplanned adjustments to get the perfect fit. My only (minor) issues w/the install = 1 window wasn't cleaned well after they spilled some silicone or something on it, and we wanted them to put all our blinds back up, but they only did 1 or 2 before they left. Overall, though, the value is among the best out there, and I would def. use Castle again. Highly recommended.

On time for appointment, professional installers. Work from start to finish. Prepared work area and clean up after the job was done. Demonstrated how to easily clean windows. I checked each window and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. Job well done.

They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up well. I couldn't be more pleased.

Replaced 16 original windows from 1930. 3 men came at 10:30 am and finished at 4:30 pm. Besides finding a few scraps of old window parts and vinyl trim these men worked straight through till the job was done. Very professional and nice work.

Customer service has been great. I rated 4 stars in areas due to the project is not complete yet so I really can't evaluate the quality fully. Stay tuned for updates 😁

To Long between biz agreement and execution

Everybody was very very friendly. Everything was explained to me fully and I love my new doors!

From the salesman to the installer my experience was top rate. I was amazed at the speed of the mechanic that installed my project. He did five windows and one storm door in 4 hours by himself and this included clean up.
