installet came to install 5 windows around 9:30am and finished at 3:30. installer did a great job on the windows. we are very pleased. windows were a little pricey but the quality and instalation was top notch.

Very simple process with great quality products and service.

Very satisfied with the overall experience. Especially satisfied with the installation. Workers basically worked non-stop to install a bay window and exterior door. Also went out of the way to make some last minute adjustments to the color of the framing. Everything was done very professionally.

Good to Average experience. Communication was the biggest downfall for this company and the attention to details is different from each contractor; in my case two separate contractors to finalize the total project and a personal observation to ensure the guys were following thru with quality installment, for example one contractor wanted to install caps over rotted exterior trimming.

The installer was vary professional. He was on time, did a very good job with installing doors and left the house clean. I was somewhat disappointed with the doors themselves. I was told no painting would be required. However, the door frames are only primed and need to be painted.

We had our big front door w side lights and transom replaced. The new door is very nice and weatherproof. It adds a lot to. Our home. It's a fiberglass type door w wood grain painted.to look like dark cherry. With. The frosted glass panels its fabulous. The Castle people also replaced 2 back storm doors. The. Job was. Difficult and turned out better than we imagined it would!

The company submitted good rate and the installation crew was very good. I when with them because they make there own productions, the life time warranty and the years of service.

Very happy with the service & the guys who came to install the basement windows did a great job & left my basement & outside very clean before they left. I would highly recommend Castle to anyone who needs good quality & good service .

Going on a month now. Still have not received the keys for the lock on my new porch door. Screens are too flimsy for the height of the new windows. Still waiting for replacements, but I don't believe they will be more sturdy, as the inspector does not seem to understand my concern. Metal framing is bent from installation. Still waiting..........

The salesman was great. However when I was scheduled for installation the first time between 11AM and !PM, it got to 2:30PM and they still were not here. I had an engagement at 5 so I called and rescheduled. The second time they made it just in time. I suggest to them that they call you when they are running late so you can adjust accordingly. I wasted a whole day by staying home waiting. Impossible to get in contact of salesman.

The sales man was great in assisting us with our window options, the insulation office was very accommodating to getting our windows installed on our time, and the actually installation team were the bomb. Those men worked from sun up way beyond sundown to get our windows in. We had to insist they even take a break to sit and eat for a minute. They were like machines. Great job all around.

Prompt workers and a efficient installation.

Gregory & Charlie installed my windows. I had 7 taken out, replaced by 5 (I had a "bay window" that was orginally 3 separate windows, but Castle has a window that is all in one & the sides open). Upon arrival Gregory introduced himself & Charlie. He said it would take about 3 hours (that is pretty much how long it took). The guys worked efficiently and effectively. They cleaned up inside and out. You would have even known they were there except for the beautiful, quality windows they "left behind". I would give a little bit of a "heads up"......the windows need to "cure" (the caulking) for 24 hours, so no window treatments, including curtains can go up in those 24 hours. If you're having a bedroom window replaced, this is important. I think Castle did an awesome job from salesman to the person who remeasured the windows (these are custom, so the sizing has to be right) to the installers. I am happy with my windows at this time & don't forsee not being happy with them. Thank you.
