Life warranty. by mistake I order clear glass windows for my bathroom, I called them back 3 days after they already had installed all the windows and CHUCK one of the reps send my new private glass windows at NO cost in 10 business days talk about customer service. Thank You

Overall great service and product. The sales rep was very nice and the installers were very professional.

The windows look good. But, I thought it was something different, but overall it was nice and I feel like the outside sound has gone down a bit and on the inside of the house, it looks great! I am pleased. Too me, it was a bit pricey, but, I guess I will know once I start looking around at other vendors to get my other windows done next year. I may be back to Castle.

Sub-contracted the work out. Measurements were taken wrongly by someone they sent. Wrong size windows were ordered and then made to fit by adding fillers. Some windows are off-center and some too low.

I had castle window people installed my front door today. The technician John is very experienced, good to detail, did the job to perfection. I highly recommend this company. Will certainly hire them again for future job.

No communications, the measurement were not right, the management didn't read the original contract. No returning calls or emails, still waiting for my trim and storm door. No professionalism.

They were very courteous and punctual. They came when the said they would and did it all for a good price!

They were professional and quick

This was our third set of replacement windows (the other two were well known companies), but hopefully these are our last. They replaced every window in our home and one sliding patio door. They did such a nice job, we called them to put in all the windows for a 440 square foot solarium addition. All the windows and doors have been in now for a year and quality is excellent. No leaks, no drafts, no squeaks, they open effortlessly and lock securely. Overall, a Great Experience.

I believe the installers name was John who arrived at 9:30 and worked tirelessly until 7:30 pm to install 5 windows - He did a great job and was one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. I gave 4.5 stars for the value for the money because I thought they were pretty expensive. 4.5 for the customer service because I sometimes couldn't tell it was a Castle person calling - my caller id only showed Greenwich. The windows might have been installed sooner if I had picked up the phone the week before. Otherwise this was a fine install experience.

I had five windows and a door installed. The windows and door was built sooner than they estimated. They had to come back a second day but did good work.

great price, fast response time, and stellar quality of material. I like the thorough review of different materials and the honesty as to value in selecting them over competitors. I feel confident in my selection and as a new home owner that is super important.

Starting from the salesman that lies to you. Telling you they have all employees. To the people that came out and measured the windows wrong. Having installers come in your house that don't even speak English and need a translator. Telling you that they're ordering J channel because they brought the wrong color metal when J channel is ( plastic) . They put a metal on there that the paint is going to eventually run down the siding. You buy new construction windows and they cut the flange off so we can fit in the window opening. It's been seven weeks since they started the project and still not finished. They broke the granite in my kitchen window cell. Never came out with company signs on the vehicles. Never had IDs. I took off work three times for a one-day project. One of the days they did not even show. I've called five times to have somebody call me back only two times someone call me back. The managers make excuses on top of lies and don't even realize what the other manager is doing so we just turned into another lie.

I had to wait for weeks to complete the work due to receiving a door that didn't fit, missing another door, and waiting for another door to be delivered. Unreasonable amount of time even for my patience level. The work performed was great when performed especially the last technician. He convinced me to have confidence in Castle again!!!

CUSTOMER SERVER WAS VERY RUDE TO ME WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!
