Their work crew did amazing job installing three new doors and window at my home. It took a while for the doors to be shipped to their company. I am very please with their work.

FALSE ADVERTISING! They waisted my time twice as they lied about the promotional rate. The actual cost per window is $700-$800 per and NEVER $249 per as they promise when they set their annoying sales calls. I empathetically asked prior to my first appointment to be quoted the real price of windows with install. After the sales rep came out the first time and I denied the estimate, then they called me back to request that I have the installer come out a SECOND time and promised that the rate was discounted due to winter month being slow... well the installer came out a second time to meet me after driving 1 hr in a snow storm all to tell me that the price was never discounted and that the woman in office is lying to me. To add to the aggravation, I got into a car reck as I slipped on ice leaving the WAIST OF TIME APPOINTMENT THAT THIS COMPANY INSISTED I MUST ATTEND THAT DAY!! To get a quote that I already had prior!!

The service was excellent from start to finish. The initial phone call to the company was pleasant and there was an immediate interest in the project. The sales rep was knowledge and did not try to sale us what we could not afford. The installers were "great", The replacement slider was installed in no time, and the job site was clean and in order. I would recommend them to others anytime.

Sales rep was thorough in explanations of available products, promotions, etc. Installer was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Windows were installed earlier than the original scheduled date.

After almost 8 months, they finally completed the window replacements. It was a simple replacement, but initially they ordered 1 window wrong and installed them without insulation. When they returned to install the incorrect window they also reinstalled all the others for proper insulation. However, they installed several of them out of level. On the 5th trip they straightened those and after further inspection, a couple are still off. I am waiting for those to be corrected and it has been a year.

The real effectiveness and longevity of the windows is still TBD since they're new. However, I can rate the experience up to this point. Pros: windows were completed before their estimated due date, easy ordering process, no hidden charges, windows look nice. Cons: they told us we could keep our existing AC window unit but we couldn't in fact so we have to buy a new one now, the people who installed were clearly farmed-out and if we didn't watch them for each of the 6 windows they tried to get away with not installing insulation, the installers left some mess and used our products (paper towels for example), and they refused to work with us when we made them aware of the AC unit issue.

Local business. The salesman they sent was also a craftsman, so he was extremely knowledgeable.

They took long to get around to scheduling. They finally scheduled me for 12/8 9am-11am. They could not narrow window down. After 12pm I had to be the 1 to call them, the guy told me he could not contact the installer, phone was going to vmail, might be reception issue but "don't worry they will be there, you're definitely on schedule." Called back 2x more to speak to 2 diff ppl who said same until last one figured out installer "went to wrong job 1st" (what??!) So she scheduled for today. 9-11am. Again. I specifically asked if I'd be having any problems today, they told me no. I called after 11am today. They gave me the run around, again putting me on hold for long time 2x, to end up saying they could not reach installer, they dont know if he went to a different job. (Really???! Again?) I told them it was unacceptable that no one has any type of answers. How could they as a company not be able to reach out and get answers from their professionals in field? No answer. She ended up calling back to say he'll be there by 2pm. I don't have high hopes, I told them when they wanted my deposit though, there were no issues, they were very prompt and if no one shows today I'll be wanting my money back.

Our install was scheduled for 9-11am but they showed up at 1:30pm, and they were missing one of our windows which we are still waiting for 3 weeks later. Not too happy

Windows were very expensive. Won’t know for years if the expense was worth it. I have to see how the windows hold up.

Salesman was very nice, product is good, service was a nightmare. While Manny was able get tge installers to come out and do the job, it took multiple phone calls. After having tge window delivered and tve install scheduled, tgey xalled tge same day and they would not be come but would arrive tge next day. the next day comes and the contractors dont bother showing up. called castle and was informed that they had gone to another job instead. rescheduled and still no show. after having to reschedule 3 times they finally installed my window. after hours on the phone with many we were promised a gift card for our troubles. took them 2 months to mail out the visa gift card for a whopping 2% of what the project cost.
