Castle - The Window People

In our eyes, our beautiful Castle windows made our modest brick home into a castle!

A no frills estimate process with a honest evaluation we felt for what type of door was needed for our location. The installation went very smoothly, and the installers were very professional.

Castle installed new windows throughout our home last fall. Also 2 storm doors and this is where the problem exists. Since last fall we are waiting for the installation of the sweep on the primary door. They have cancelled the appointment at least twice as they were running late and that is understandable. However, twice they arrived and did not have the correct size and went to the local Home Depot and Lowes to see if they could purchase it there. We have been told by everyone trying to install that no one has to be home to do this installation since it is the outside door so I'm not sure why I don't get a call stating that an installer will be in the area on such date to install. The last attempt made by an installer actually left an "we missed you" on the door indicating no one was home. When I called to re schedule I again stated that we're being told no one has to be there and then the installer left the "we missed you." I was advised that the installer again had the wrong size. Called today to see when this can be done and the customer service rep advises me the last time someone tried, the door was locked. I advised her that we never lock the door. Can't tell you where the keys are! Never locked any exterior doors. I asked her why I was told the last time I called that the installer had the wrong size. She spoke over me and did not want to acknowledge what I was saying. I think anyone can attest to our patience with this given it is over a year. The customer service who has the most contact, leaves much to be desired. Such a simple task to take over 14 months to complete.

very professional installers with vacuuming and cleaning up after themselves.. had 25 windows installed and two doors and there was no dust or mess to clean up..

I think this was a fair price and their work was excellent. they cleaned up and removed the old windows. They were friendly and answered any questions I had about the installation. hey arrived on the date and time we set up the job took longer than a day and they didn't come back to finish until a week later

Only vendor who came with 'stuff''. Others came with nothing. Installation was on time, professional and perfect. Windows definitely make a difference in cooling/heating. Only negative comment is about their caller ID on my phone. It did not say Castle Windows. Simply Asbury Park. I got major discount only by signing when vendor came. I would have preferred waiting.

I was very sick when they came, so the window installers moved many boxes from in front of a window prior to installation of the new window in that room. They were absolutely great and extremely professional, yet friendly and down to eart.

Workers were efficient, but customer service needs improving. I had questions for the salesman and he never returned calls; they cancelled the first appt then showed up the next day 3 hours early for the rescheduled appt and acted like it was my fault.
