Castle - The Window People

The installer was excellent. Took him 8hrs to install 12 windows and a storm door by himself. I'm not even sure he stopped to take a break! He was also very friendly and polite and cleaned up all the mess.

When Craig Watson came to my house to show me the product, I was very hesitant. After shopping around, Castle ended up having the best product. Little more expensive. But well worth it. If you get Craig Watson as your sales guy, you can ask him anything. He's very knowledgeable & honest. I highly recommend Castle even though they will be about 30% more than others.

The salesman was very helpful & personable. The installers were good at there jobs & cleaned up very well. I will have them back eventually!

Windows are beautiful and the installation crew was excellent. All my windows (16) were replaced in one day. Highly recommended !!

I hired the company have submitted the deposit have called have emailed and had absolutely no response. Now I'm concerned that the guy has run off with my money and I will have to pursue this legally. Very disappointed will never use the service again. Reporting all of this to the Better Business Bureau as well as my attorney. Please do not use this company.

friendly, clean, fast. not the most expensive, not the cheapest. Lifetime warranty for anything...even if Junior puts a pop fly through it! Perfect for our weather here in Virginia. I love the garden window that we added to our kitchen as well. Good quality and a very professional group. 2 out of 22 windows were missing, but they took care of it in a reasonable amount of time. I may use them again for a new front door.

The work is not completed yet so I can not the work quality. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and very helpful. It was a pleasure not ot have to deal with high pressure sales persons. The experience so far was good

The two window installers did an excellent job installing the windows and new screen deck door. I am pleased with there work.

After the initial sales person came and gave us an estimate we waited 2 weeks for a call that we never got. I called to see when I would hear from them and they were very pleasant but were having a hard time finding my file and price I was given. I ended up paying a lot less then the original price and the workers were very nice, helpful, and fast! They were a great company to deal with in all but the customer service was just shy of good.

They have the worst customer service ever! We had to wait over 2 months for them to complete our project, since they didn't end up having all the parts to install our front door. They also never ordered the rest of the parts until we called to ask for a status update two weeks later. It was supposed to take 2 weeks for the parts to come in, but instead it took over 6 weeks. Customer service was unapologetic, and pretty rude. They were pretty expensive too.

Friendly, fast 12 windows in 4 hours installed.

I liked the entire process and the quality of the windows but they are too expensive. Will research for same quality but for a cheaper price.

Great windows, installation was left a little messy and the over haggling over price was a little much. The let me call my wear house manager to see if I can get you some promotional money gig was not needed and extended the all ready lengthy home assessment.

Very professional installation. The sales person was excellent, really informed us. My only suggestion is come with a set price, the haggling over the price was a little much, made me feel like I was buying a car. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Windows are GREAT, I was disappointed that the salesman didn't tell me the outside profile of the windows was going to change due to the need to remove some siding, still looks great. still missing one window. The installation crew was awesome, extremely neat and clean

Castle installed a solid product at a lower price than competitors. I went with them because the salesman made a point to really explain what all the numbers meant and did a good demonstration. I did notice a lack of insulation on one of my windows which required me to remove the sill, stuff it with fiberglass insulation, and then caulk. I think it was just an oversight on the installers part and not a big deal for me to fix.

The team was very professional they did a great job and also cleaned up after the work was done

Excellent experience. Installation was professional and each window was tested when installed.

I don't think you can call it customer service they never respond back to you they damaged 6 walls installing the windows. Going on 3 months no solution 10 year warranty I cant imagine you cannot ever get warranted work from them if they don't respond back to u . + the white silicone they use turns yellow in a week. The salesman is amazing at telling you whatever you want to hear.
