The installers were very skilled, professional, after the installation of the installation of the front entry and storm doors the leader a very nice guy gave me hands instruction on the doors.

We had a weird sized door & they were able to custom make the door to fit the space. The door is gorgeous!

I haven't had the work done yet so I cannot rate the quality because the salesman and the supervisor from my area continually lied about their installation process. We were informed by both the salesman and the supervisor that the way my house was furnished and set up was going to be okay without any adjustments. First the windows were ready for installation 2 months before the salesman and the guy who measured them said they were going to be and they continued calling to set up installation 2-3 times weekly after it was explained that the house wouldn't be ready for new windows until 1 week before the original date they stated. The workman showed up to do the work (so far they are the only ones with this company I would trust holding one of my glasses) they were very forthright and explained that they could not install the windows the way we were informed they could be. So not only did I pay for the most expensive windows but I had to pay extra to another concern to make it available for them to do the windows. So all in all I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. They may have the best product but their office personal right up to their president is not to be trusted.

Installers were great! Very polite, very professional, left their work area meticulous and stayed until 10:30 p.m. to complete the job! Very appreciated and grateful to have new windows before the fall and winter. Quote came in a little hirer than other quotes by a few thousand, but interest free financing, the professionalism of everyone we encountered, and a beautiful end result made it well worth the money! Most importantly, everyone showed up when they said they would and communication throughout the process was excellent. Thank you!!

Castle windows installed a steel entry door in my 80 year old house. The installers were efficient, fast and very accommodating . The age of the house presented some issues but they were handled effectively and efficiently . I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

great work; great price

castle window installed my patio glass door in 2008..in aug 2015 it was shot out by a neighborhood child,,Jeremy from castle window came to my house and reminded me that it has a life time warranty..they are going to replace it at no cost to the child parents,,(but I knew they wouldn't pay anyway by their attitude) so now I don't have to sue them in court,,lol..anyway castle window are the Best,,

Castle windows was absolutely wonderful! The men that were out to work on our house were friendly, hard working and great at what they do. They made sure to address any questions we had. We will definitely call them for other projects!!

So far I'm happy about product, installation and cost. We replaced 5 giant picture windows. Glass almost at the very top of energy efficiency. Frames have insulation inside and overall are nice. They don't scream quality tho, especially encasement mechanism (handles are a bit loose). Installers came on time and cleaned up after themselves. However we were extremely unhappy with salesman tactics. While salesman was nice and polite, tactics he used are worse than any used car salesman you'll find. It's take it or leave it attitude. As other mentioned first they hit you with insane price. They expect you to say hell now, and then they start the show. They tell you a story how they spend millions on advertisement and you might get some of those money as discount if you agree to have their sign in front of the house, etc. They they call their "manager" and give you "great news" that have money left in some county and they can transfer some if it to your county office if you ACT NOW! It's so cheesy, it's disgusting. However price was right, and after checking reviews online we decided to go ahead.

The company sent two highly skilled workers to perform the task of replacing my front door. They arrived on time and completed the work in a neat and efficient manner.
