Work quality - replacement window setback from inside of original window varied more than I expected. Also installers should leave NFRC labels on windows for owner to remove so they can keep them, all of mine were removed and thrown away by install crew.

Just had work performed and the work was done very professionally. Still need to see how they hold up to wind and rain

We also had some doors installed. The quality of the product and the installation was amazing.

The Salesman that sold me the doors was the best. However the customer service after that was terrible! No one contacted me after that to give a status on my order or to keep me abreast of the the potential installation. I have not received the doors yet even though I requested the order to be processed on a rush basis and was told that I would be contacted within a week to have the door installed. Based on my experience thus far I am concerned about the actual installation of doors.

I was able to work out a frustration with Robert Maffei and am ordering 12 windows with them.

The 11 new windows and 4 new sliding doors indeed make a difference in keeping the room temperature - house feels warmer now. The new windows and doors look beautiful - the outside scenery looks so refreshing and beautiful through the clear windows. 1. Castle provided the best value to us, with life time warranty and the excellent deal the company president provided. Although Castle price was not the lowest that we found, and the initial sales process a bit too high pressure, we decided to go with them because of the Life time warranty and the company reputation. 2. Two crews of 6 people did arrive together shortly after 11am. The 2 team under Garbeto and Carlos did a great job, in general, in completing the installation within one day before the day totally got dark. 3. The crew did cover-up most places where they paid attention to, and cleaned up afterwards. Some areas could use a bit more cover up - like bedroom and office. The job were done right, and the finished products look great. 4. Garbeto is a great leader and communicates well with customer. They even pointed out a place where there were water leakage signs, which led me to find a plumber in emergency trying to fix it. Appreciate it!

Very professional and friendly staff

Terrible experience. Salesperson was nice but wanted to play games on pricing...that's not my thing. Ordered door, scheduled install, took day off from work to be home...cthey alled me day of install to tell me door fell off truck and they would need to reorder/reschedule. Second try - took day off from work, they arrive at my house and begin removal of old door only to discover they measured wrong, and they would need to start over (again). Months have passed at this point. Third attempt - another day off from work heavy rains arrive and they call to tell me they need to reschedule again. I get it, rain happens, but when I call to express my disappointment with entire experience, I am belittled by manager on duty at call center. They know they have me over the barrel at this point. No compensation for my time (3 days) was offered. On a positive note, the installer did solid work, and the finished product seems to be solid. Nothing exceptional, but solid.

Great looking and functioning windows in basement. Double sliders, not hoppers. Replaced jambs, aluminum wrapped, insulated perimeter, caulked, excellent work.

Remember to compare a lifetime guarantee vs the warranty that others offer. I love my Castle windows - best investment Ive made for my home. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I hated was that I had to sit through a two hour sales presentation. It was informative but I already knew what I wanted. The actual work was completed and the work area was cleaned. The windows and installation work were all I expected and more. I originally had ordered only 3 windows but changed it to 5 and there was no problem upgrading my order to be completed on the same day.

The windows are more expensive than others but you really do get a lifetime warranty no tricks. They could communicate better but overall very satisfied. Good quality great installation.

The windows are great. They did a very professional job.

We had really old aluminium windows which needed replacements. Come winter, the living area would get so cold and there was always a cold draft coming in from the windows. The sales rep was proficient and knowledgeable. Gave a pretty decent quote and scheduled a time for someone to come out and take the measurements. Three weeks through the process (we were dependent on the HOA approval), got a call to schedule the install. I was a little worried about having the install done as the weather report forecast was for rain and snow. Speaking to John Belamonte (Installation Manager), a very patient guy made me feel better and we stuck to the scheduled time.Three install guys, 7 windows (living area and 2 bedrooms) and 6 hours later i already see the difference. No wonder these guys have been in business since the 1970's. The exterior glass on one of the window panes broke during install (thanks to mother nature's strong winds) but John will have it replaced with a new one in a week. 'A' Grade quality insulation, installed professionally. Ask for Chris as the install guy if at all you go to them , he is a patient guy and makes sure the work is done thorough. The best part i like is the lifetime warranty these guys provide. Now to watch the product take its test of time and weather. If all looks good i plan to get the rest of my 6 windows done by the end of this year.
