I had previously given a good review but had multiple issues during installation. It is now one week since the install started and they are not done. The work area is a mess. The windows are not as promised. The customer service and scheduling is terrible. The workers have damaged the drywall and left dirt everywhere. They keep telling me that they wIll be back to complete the work but it has been one week and still not complete. The windows are supposed to be replacement but look different due to poor installation. DO NO USE!

It is taking 8 weeks to build one door. That's just plain dumb.

Damage around the door frame not addressed, clean up less than optimal

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative. Working around inclement weather, the installation team (Lisa and Dennis) kept me informed and were on the job whenever the weather permitted. Excellent installation and I love my new windows.

Everyone I dealt with from salesman to workers they where very accomedating and courteous.

so far, the process has been fairly painless. My new front door has been ordered, and I am expecting the work to begin within a week or so. I will Circle back to comment on the finished product.

Front door was installed in 3 weeks. Reused the old screen door and also fixed it. Value for money. Would work with Castle window again.

The company does ALL THEIR own building of the product installs from outside and does a complete clean up including removal of old windows

There turned out to be some confusion on the part of Castle representatives as to what could and couldn't be provided for our project; but ultimately the work was completed efficiently and sooner than expected. Our only problem was existing trim had to be removed, was replaced unfinished; and we were told Castle does not do painting. "We will need to finish."

The windows themselves look fantastic. Workers were on time & cleaned up afterwards. I do want to say to make sure every detail discussed is noted on the contract. I had asked for a frosted window in my bath & when installed it was not frosted, They wanted me to pay an add'l fee for them to replace (as if they weren't expensive enough to begin with) because it "was not" noted on contract. I specifically stated I wanted that & remember the salesman acknowledging with "of course you should have a frosted window in the bath for privacy" ( Lesson learned.) Also, FYI, take pictures of any areas they will need to access to install. When I tried out the windows before them leaving, I noticed an entire row of shingles on my patio roof were pulled up. I mentioned it to the installer & he replied "oh yeah, I was going to ask you about that. Maybe some animal did it" When I took down my blinds & curtains the previous day I never saw shingles scattered across the roof. I could not prove it happened when they were walking back & forth across that area, so for your own protection, take pictures before work begins to document.

Class company! Love the windows and the guarantee! The installers did a beautiful job and were promt. They were respectful of our home and cleaned everything up when done.

I was told that they would be able to finish replacing our windows in one day and they did that but were here very late. They had trouble with two windows that I overheard them say weren't measured correctly. Then one of those windows wouldn't lock. They left a sticky substance on the sill of the front window. Had to sand and repaint. Wouldn't recommend.

Took a very long time to get the work done but overall happy with the product. Call constantly to confirm that no further steps need to be done - they did not contact me when this was necessary.

Not inexpensive, and they had to come back and remeasure because my door size is a bit strange, but my doors are lovely.

they installed windows that were the wrong color and they will not change them or refund my money. The color is an awful color that is not like any i have ever seen. They do not compare with the colors lowes, home depot or Pella are offering. My house looks terrible after I spent $7,800.. One of the windows even had ice on the inside.The screens are also very difficult to remove. I am very dissatisfied.
