Fabio Hardwood Floors

The floors look absolutely beautiful. It was important to us that the finish in the two bedrooms match the rest of the house, and it does. Fabio is very nice and polite, and he and his team show up exactly when they say they'll be there. I should also mention that Fabio did us a great favor. My daughter (whose house this is) is pregnant with twins. (One of the rooms that were being re-finished will be the nursery.) I asked whether the work could be done while she and my son-in-law were away on vacation. Although it was very short notice, Fabio said he'd make it happen. And he did. Thanks, Fabio.

Fabio and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He was my point of contact throughout the whole process and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He is very knowledgable and respectful and he did an amazing job!

Fabio was a very nice guy and very knowledgable. He walked through each room explaining what needed to be done. He also responded quickly to emails and phone calls. I had approximately 800 square feet for a house in westfield, Nj. I was really worried about dust but he uses 99% dustless and when completed there was no dust at all in the whole house. He finished the work in 3 days and even replaced two pieces of wood free of charge. The floors look absolutely great. I researched a ton of companies on Angie's list and online. Other companies were way overpriced. Fabio was very competitive and his work couldn't have been any better. I would highly recommend these guys for your home.

It went excellent, the workmanship was outstanding. They did a beautiful job.

Easy to work with. Very professional and honest. Scheduling was great, no surprises, showed us samples, willing to go the extra mile no questions asked, and very high standard of work. Once we were all done and paid, Fabio reminded me to call him if I scratched my floor, 'five minute job for him to fix' he said, and not to try to fix myself :) What more can I say. Love his attitude, very proud of what he does. They're also extremely competent, he only does wooden floors nothing else and that clarity of purpose was evident in how quickly and seamlessly they got a fairly large job done. The work performed was perfect. Scheduling was not a challenge. Other companies had quoted thousands higher.

Generally dismissive of a request to come evaluate a repair of wooden flooring (which is listed in their services). They deemed it too small without hearing the extent or coming to see it. Should not be an A rate provider.

The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Fabio showed up the first day with his team and showed us samples of the different stains on our floors so we could choose one. He finished the job just as described, and the floors are beautiful. He was also very knowledgeable about the process and easy to work with.

They came at the time that we had arranged, they hung plastic sheets in the areas where they we not working. They did a thorough and professional job and were there the arranged number of days. The floors look beautiful. We are very pleased with the job that they did and would use them again and recommend them in a heart beat.

They arrived on time, did the prep work quickly, and took care and pride in accomplishing a beautiful job. I was not familiar with them before and I found them on Angie's List. My floors had been very scuffed and damaged because of having home day-care in the past. They removed al grooves, scratches, warps and anything that didn't belong on the floors and made them look like new again. I am thrilled to have the hickory floors look like they did when they were first installed. The gentlemen who did the work were fast, careful and courteous, and obviously have pride in workmanship. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job refinishing my old floors. They were on time, finished the job quickly and were reasonably priced. I need to redo some floors in another section of the house and will likely be calling them back for that job as well.

Fabio and his team did a fantastic job. This is the 4th time I've worked w/Fabio. He is highly professional, cares about his customer satisfaction and his team is highly skilled. Fabio helped us select the flooring best suited for our kitchen - it's a gorgeous 5" maple plank, honey colored. It's durable, yet it looks warm and rustic -- perfect for the kitchen. We won't need to worry about water spots or imperfections caused from our dog and family. We absolutely love it, and I highly recommend Fabio for any flooring job.

He had some better ideas than another company. I am probably going to use him. I live in a bi-level home so I have to use the stairs to get out of my house. To have them refinished I wouldn't be able to use them for 48 hours, which is really not feasible. He said that they had a water based polyurethane that doesn't last as long unless you put a runner on it. He said it would last pretty much as long if I put a runner on it. He said it didn't smell up the house and I could walk on it in 3 or 4 hours. It doesn't last as long but I would be able to get out of my house so I am thinking about using him. He was very professional. He made an appointment and he was on time. He was good.

He and his crew were professional and the outcome is amazing. The previous owner of the house said that everyone he had out to look at the job recommended replacing the floors. Fabio didn't try to up-sell us. He did exactly what he said he would do in a timely manner.Thanks Fabio!

Fabio was one of several estimates that we sought. His price was competitive with the others who quoted us, but due to his professional demeanor and the time he took explaining our options, we felt a comfort level in his abilities and hired him. He and his crew arrived on time on day one and continued to be prompt throughout the job, which took three and a half days. Every person who set foot in our home was courteous and professional. The floors that were refinished were sanded, stained and finished in an oil-based polyurethane. They sanded down the floor and showed us a few different stain colors for us to choose which we wanted. Fabio also brought us samples of the potential colors for the new wood floors being installed. Everyone worked very h****** our project and we are absolutely thrilled with the work that was done. Throughout the process, Fabio made himself available for any questions we had along the way. He was very easy to communicate with and made the experience an easy one.

He never missed an appointment. He and his crew and so wonderful! There were little stain splatters, but they were alway sure to clean up after themselves. We live in a Victorian home, and they sanded and refinished the who second floor. We love the work they did!

His price was competitive and he demonstrated experience, flexibility, and professionalism in the answers he provided to all of my quesitons. Fabio is extremely responsive and personable. His crew was cheerful, friendly,happy,neat and tolerant of my crazy dogs. They were always punctual and completed the work in the estimated time each day which made my planning around them very easy. Fabio showed up when he said he would, gave me an estimate via email right away and finished right on time. He moved all large pieces of furniture, restored floors to mint conditon (floors were covered in carpeting for 30+ years), moved everything back and cleaned up - no dust.
