Description of Work: Nothing. I purchased the $199 Big Deal. They never called so after a week and a half I called them. Hortensia shrugged in the phone when I told her I lived in East Orange. Then she put me on hold. When she came back she said she couldn't come to my area because it was too far and they schedule based on number of assignments in the area and they didn't have any booked so she wouldn't be able to clean my home. Then I told her she needs to disclose this is Angie's list because I purchased a Big Deal. First she seemed surprised "oh you're from Angie's List? The Big Deal was going to expire soon." Then She said let me call you back and that was a week ago and I haven't heard from them since. Huge disappointment, waste of time and lack of professionalism. Whatever happened to putting the customer first?

Description of Work: Deep house cleaning. 3 people came to the job and did a decent job. With little direction and supervision they do a good job.

The price is expensive but they did a great job. |The only issue we had was we asked for them to also clean our rugs(stairs). They said they didn't know they had to and another person does this.

Description of Work: 3 employees performed 3 hours of excellent cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, inside windows and window sills. I would definitely contact this company for future cleaning services. The ladies did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Two people cleaned my entire house in two hours. This included dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, mopping, kitchen counters and linen changes. Garbage and recycling was taken out and the whole house was treated with great care.

Description of Work: There was a lot to do. The bathroom and kitchen walls were done, floors, dusting, microwave (inside and out), stove. They were fast and scrubbed away years of build-up.

Description of Work: Company said that their primary service is house cleaning and we needed walls and ceilings washed, company said that they could washed the walls but no ceilings and since it is not their primary service, they would have to charge $100.00 per hour. We thanked them but declined those conditions. Far too much money!
