Description of Work: They did a good job. There were two people who cleaned my two story house in three hours. There was a lot to do and in the end, they were rushed in order to finish on time. So some things were surfaced cleaned at the end, instead of deep cleaning. Mostly we were pleased.

Description of Work: They are very thorough and clean well areas/rooms requested. Very responsive and ask at every visit where to clean/focus on more. They dust book shelves with tedious décor and bathroom with stuff on sink. No resistance and very nice. Sometimes come with 3 persons and finish quickly. Good for me since I can't be present because my condition is aggravated with smell of cleaning products (thus need for them to clean - especially bathrooms). Once they informed me 2 days ahead that they couldn't come on the regular day, which I would prefer more notice but I can see where (near holidays) things get more hectic. Other than that, happy with the service.

Description of Work: Had the pleasure of having Tania, Hugo and Irma at my house to do a much needed clean prior to the holidays. They were prompt, attentive and thoroughly cleaned all of the rooms required of them. They had a great attitude and needed little instruction/management, which is great as I work from home. Would highly recommend them in the future!

Description of Work: Clean house for move-in ready. They were not prepared for deep-clean (build up grease, etc) as was expected. Language barrier. Was hard to explain priorities. Someone shd have read my notes. But, i really appreciated that the lead had me check befote leaving and they stayed to correct the main areas. That's why rate is high. Integrity.
