Description of Work: The cleaners were very late. I had to call the provider to find out if they were still coming. Somehow they had forgotten my reservation, but as soon as I called, they sent a team over that did a very nice job.

Description of Work: I've used a lot of cleaning services in the past and Hortensia Cleaning is far and away the best. They were very flexible with my schedule and when on-site they worked incredibly hard. The whole experience from scheduling to the actual service was an A+.

Description of Work: They were on time and punctual , however the level of service was poor , we had to end up keep prompting as they were negligent in taking the job seriously

Description of Work: We hired Hortensia to do a "move-out" cleaning of our apartment. They arrived about 30 minutes late, but maintained phone contact to let me know ahead of time and did an outstanding job! Every corner, closet, top shelf, etc was immaculate. Our landlord even repeatedly complimented the cleanliness/condition of our apartment during our final inspection before we formally vacated. We absolutely plan to hire them again in our new home!

Description of Work: While I thought the company was very professional and timely I didn't think their cleaning was that great, there was still dust in a lot of spots and clearly missed areas for cleaning. I did as most reviewers suggested and gave them priority cleaning rooms which was a great idea. | |I don't think I'd use this company again as I found another service that was better for regular home cleaning.

Description of Work: It was supposed to be a spring special deep cleaning and was a very standard weekly at best. | |They were supposed to arrive by 10 but showed up at 3, just as I was supposed to be brining kids home from school. Completely messing up my schedule. | |They did get me in before a holiday which I appreciated but I think the quality sacrificed.

Description of Work: Hired this service and the first cleaning was excellent. They were on time and did a great job. The second time they were to come they mis scheduled us but came at a different time and did an ok job. We confIrmed the day and time several times with the office via several conversations yet each time they couldn't get it right. On the third scheduled visit which we confirmed they were a no show no call. When I called the office they were once again confused and said she thought they had been at our house the week before. She apologized but made no suggestion or offer of re scheduling nor made any effort to make it right. Never called us back at all to keep our business. Very poor customer service.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the two people that cleaned my home in late March from Hortensia. They were incredibly thorough and asked me at the end of their service to look around and ensure I was comfortable with their work. I already booked this service for my next cleaning. Thank you!
