Very good job. It took a while to schedule the appointment, but after that all went well. The ladies did a wonderful job and were very thorough and polite.

All I can say is they were great

This was the absolute worst cleaning experience I've ever had. The price worked out to around $80 per hour for a couple young and inexperienced girls who didn't have any cleaning experience. They took an extremely long time to get anything done and the professionalism was very minimal in one of the girls, and completely non-existant in the other. The owner was horrible in that she kept me waiting for them to arrive at the appointment. Originally she was supposed to come, herself, with one other employee the day before, but for some reason could not find my house, even though my house is very easy to find by just about anyone who comes over. Another thing was they set up the expectation that they would use their own supplies, but they ended up using my supplies as well.

She did give me an estimate the first time she came out. She is thorough and she is very good at what she does. I find things very clean and she does what I want. She is very careful and nice. If she is going to be late she will call to let me know and I like that about her. I am planning to use her bi-weekly.

I responded to an Angie's List e-mail offering garage cleaning for $159.00. I contacted Hortensia and they came on November 4th. When Nelson and his helper started working, they suggested that I purchase shelving units to help in organizing the garage. I ran out and purchased 3 shelving units while they were working. After washing the garage floor and cleaning the walls, they assembled the shelving units and then replaced the items we were keeping neatly on the shelves. They also took those items we no longer wanted for disposal. The garage looked 100% better after the cleaning and organization!

Sandra and Dina were the 2 ladies who arrived (exactly on time) at 9:00 am on a Sunday. The engagement was for an initial deep cleaning of the home to be followed up with scheduled cleanings. They were outstanding and the house looked phenomenal. They cleaned everything - down to the salt and pepper shakers!! We are looking forward to their continued work with us and recommend them highly.

However, she was very nice and punctual. She seemed to want the job. In an effort to save time, Hortensia suggested alternating certain tasks during the month. All of my other experiences with cleaning services, they have been able to complete all the tasks at one time, so it appeared that a short duration of time spent cleaning my house was her priority, based upon our meeting.

Once I received the appropriate contact information from Angie's List I called Hortensia cleaning Service to schedule their services The gentleman was courteous, considerate of my requirements and scheduled a time convenient for me. When he had difficulty finding my home he kept in communication with me. While the workers were on my property they were quiet, worked efficiently and quickly and asked for direction when appropriate. Their work is excellent, I highly recommend them and plan to use them for future cleaning services.

Can't say enough good things about this Team! I purchased this service before Hurricane Sandy filled my garage with mud!!! I live at the shore and therefore the roads to get to my house where blocked, requiring Hortensia to travel an extra 45 mins to get to me. They called and kept me informed of their progress. They were quick and efficient upon arrival and when I asked if they could do a second home where the garage had been flooded with 3 ft of water, they jumped right on it!!! They powerwashed the garage floor and then kept taking stuff out of the garage and powerwashing it without my asking.........finally had to make them go home! The couple who showed up did an excellent job. Every thing they said they would do and more. They cleared out everything from my garage and then cleaned it -ceiling, walls, windows, and power-washed the floor and some shelves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. We used three or four cleaning services over the years and always had a problem. Late, shotty work, rushed to get in and out, and overpriced. That was until Hortensia's cleaning services. They showed up on time, very professional, easy to communicate with, and their work was impeccable. The house smelled good and looked good when they were finished. Finally, I have a cleaning service that I can rely on.

As described in the purchase, they came in, took everything out of the garage, vacuumed the garage, cleaned the floor with soap and water and sweeped it clean, then powerwashed the entire garage floor, then washed the garage doors with soap and water, also powerwashed the garage door carefully, then dried the entire floor completely with a fan and then put everything back in the garage nicely organizing all the contents. They were kind enough to honor requests such as moving some of the stuff down to the basement storage, they even powerwashed the plastic home depot shelves in the driveway etc. When they found that another home depot shelf would help, they let me go and buy a new shelf, waited for my return, assembled the shelf for me and then put all the contents on the additional shelf. I wish I knew that such a service existed earlier. I think I will hire them every other year to keep the garage in order.

The experience was pretty good; they were friendly and did a very good job.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased. My garage is cleaned floors were power washed windows and walls also. He organized all my stuff neatly and placed them in order. I satisfied with the service.

Overall the service provided has been excellent. Hortensia called back the same day when I left my initial message and we were able to set up an appointment the same week for her to do a walk thru and give an estimate She was very personable and I could tell she cared about her work. We wanted a service that would clean our house properly and that would care about the job. Hortensia really came thru for us, her work is outstanding! She was very flexible when we were trying to work out a day and time for the first cleaning and the follow up schedule.

Hortensia (and her assistants) have been cleaning my house for several months. She was recommended by one of my neighbors and I am extremely pleased with her services. The price is reasonable and the work she performs is exceptional! She does a great job with the floors, dusting and bathrooms. She works diligently and my house is spotless after she leaves! Very reliable and easy to get a hold of. Hortensia is very flexible and is willing to accommodate my schedule which is nice if I need the house cleaned prior to a holiday or a party in addition to the regular bi-weekly cleaning. Highly recommended!!!
